Really bad customer service, typical "it's the customer's fault" mentality
Really bad customer service, they really don't care much about customer satisfaction from their products nor their service, like so many other companies in this area, the main thought is short term "how do we make more money? And how do we shift the blame to the customer?" instead of trying to build a long term good relationship with customers who will want to come back to you, or trying to listen for feedback.
And also the typical "well these are the rules!" nonsense in this culture instead of trying to find a solution and being flexible.
I really hoped this would be a good company as there are almost no companies selling healthy low carb products in this country, unfortunately maybe their products are good, but the customer service is the typically heartless attitude that you find around here, that's why I have to send the products back now at my own expense, and for the soups they refuse to give me a refund because technically the "tasting box" is opened, even though the individual soups are sealed and unopened and they also sell each one of them as individual products. So they could've tried to be flexible, but thank god they have "terms and conditions" so they can always get you on a technicality! Now they earned 15eur or however much I paid for the soup, but they lost the profit on the rest of the products and they lost maybe a customer for life. Hope it was worth it.
