I ordered a mothers day gift for my mum and it to this day remains undelivered they havnt sent any proof of delivery yet telling me it's been delivered when I asked they gave me a totally different address to the shipping address I put, lovisco then replied with an apology and said it had been delivered to my home address but with no proof I've replied and told them I have a recorded ring doorbell please tell me what date and time this was delivered??
I've not had a single reply to my last message and my mum still awaits her mother's day gift that cost £44.00

I received my item as a gift for Mother's Day from my family. The sentiment behind the gift is wonderful idea, but the product I received was cheaply made and did not match the quality or appearance shown on Lovisco website.
When I reached out to customer service, with the order number from my family I was told that refunds are not available for personalized items—regardless of the fact that the item was of extremely low quality, colour etc and did not meet expectations of what they advertise. Very disappointing experience and misleading advertising and they are not interested in the slightest.
Please do not buy from this company if you are expecting an item of quality for the money you have paid as you will be extremely disappointed. Like others have said it is really poor. I dont usually do reviews but I dont want anyone else to receive a gift for a loved one, a very expensive gift for what it is and feel the same disappointment as my family did when they received the gift they had bought for me.
I sent 3 emails before I got the last one saying they wouldnt refund because it wasnt broken or they had made a mistake - but what about poor quality and misleading advertising.
For them to improve they need to either look at their pricing or look at the quality of their items to reflect what they charge and ensure items received by customers resemble what they advertise on their website.

To be fair I would not even give this one star. Do not buy this cheap looking product ,also arrived late,please do yourself a favour and stay clear

Although saying they are london based, you will have to wait for items to come from China. Although they may say it will come in time for mothers day or what's ever special day. It won't!
The quality is absolutely shocking. Especially for the price.
Please report this company to uk trading standards if you've been affected!

Item arrived and wasn't as expected, comes from China very cheap looking and not worth the money. Cost me £58 pound, and looks worth about £10. Don't waste your time.
