I've shopped on-line quite a few times and I've been to the shop in Bourton-on-the-Water and both experiences have been really pleasant.
On-line you get friendly emails to let you know how your order is progressing.
Items arrive in a pouch with the receipt in a little card.
The delivery service is fast.
Their Customer Service is fantastic.
I highly recommend LovingtheBead.

Fantastic, reliable retailer
As a recent convert to Pandora-style bracelets, LovingtheBead was the first retailer to be recommended to me, and I have continued to use them ever since! With a wide choice of beads, excellent customer service, fast delivery times and safe shipping, they really are hard to beat. I've shopped with them both through Amazon and their own website, and have never had any problems. Even when one of the beads I chose was out of stock, a substitute was sent (which was even nicer than the one I originally ordered!) along with a free bead.
All in all, an excellent retailer, hard to beat!
