Since 2009, our award-winning, game-changing sleepwear has helped millions of families worldwide achieve better, longer, and dreamier sleep for their newborns, toddlers - and parents, of course! With every product, we celebrate the power of sleep. From the unique, award-winning Swaddle Up™ to bedding and self-soothing toys, the Love to Dream™ range has grown to provide a portfolio of sleep solutions designed for children up to 8 years old. We’re renowned for our amazing product quality, comfort, and longevity. Our story began in 2008, like many first-time parents, Hana-Lia Krawchuk struggled with her baby's sleep. During this challenging 18-month period, the former designer discovered that her baby preferred to sleep with their arms up. Drawing upon her industry experience, Hana set about creating an easy-to-use arms up sleep solution to encourage self-soothing: the Swaddle Up™. The following year, Hana-Lia Krawchuk introduced the Swaddle Up™ to Sydney stores and the game-changing product sold out within two weeks of launching. Today, Love to Dream™ is trusted by millions of parents around the world in over 50 countries. We are proud to provide a portfolio of innovative sleep solutions, for children up to 8 years old, from bedding and pajamas to self-soothing toys. With every product, we celebrate the power of sleep. We always listen to your feedback to find new ways to continuously improve and create only the best for you and your loved ones. Better sleep starts here.

Don’t order from this company. They don’t care about you. They won’t even help you sort out not receiving your order. The worst customer service.

Can’t live without these sleep suits! Our baby did not sleep well for the first 6 weeks when we were just swaddling with blankets. Finally bought the love to dream swaddle to try it out and have not looked back! Our little girl loves them and now sleeps 7 hour stretches at 11 weeks old.

Have loved love to dream for all products since my daughter was born nearly 2 years ago. Never had an issue with an item, until recently when I had a fault with a sleep suit, whereby the material has come loose on the feet. I shared pictures and within 24 hours was advised a replacement was being sent, very impressed and great customer service.

Ordered yesterday and paid for standard delivery but items arrived less than 24 hours later.

I’ve always loved Love to Dream’s sleep suits — the quality is excellent, and my little one sleeps so well in them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has really shaken my confidence in ordering from them again.
I placed an order for a clearance item, but the courier failed to deliver it securely to my address. Instead of bringing it to my door, they left it in the communal area of my building, and I’m fairly certain it was taken.
At first, customer service was very understanding and offered me either a refund or a store credit for the amount I originally paid. Since the item I’d purchased was a clearance item and now out of stock, I explained that I’d need to buy the closest alternative — but understandably, this would cost more. I felt it was unfair that I would suddenly have to pay the higher full price.
Customer service then offered me a 25% discount on the alternative item. I appreciated this and agreed, asking them to confirm whether they would refund the original amount I paid or provide it as store credit, so I could use it alongside the discount.
This is where the situation went downhill. I was then informed that the 25% discount was being offered instead of a refund or store credit — meaning I could not have both my original money back and the discount they had presented as a goodwill gesture.
This was completely unsuitable. The alternative item costs £42.99, so even with 25% off, I would still have to pay over £30 on top of the £29 I had already spent. In total, I would be paying more than £60 for an item that normally costs £42.99 — and that’s not even considering the fact that I originally bought mine at a reduced price of around £24.
Essentially, I was being asked to pay significantly more for the same product because the courier mishandled the delivery.
This experience has really made me consider purchasing my sleep suits elsewhere. A goodwill gesture should be in addition to my statutory rights — not used as a replacement for them. The judgement shown by customer service in this situation was extremely disappointing.

I didn’t end up purchasing from there site as you need to spend £50 to be eligible for a free delivery which is ridiculous. The sleepsuit is around £35 so why am I being charged extra for delivery. Instead I went and got the sleepsuit/sleepbag for my baby from Sweet Dreams great quality and its free delivery 😁

I have used these bags all throughout my sons life - he has the best night sleep.
I recently did have an issue when they sent me a wrong item - but after emailing the team I received a replace asap. So I have to praise their customer service as they did deal with the issue within 24hours of me contacting them.
My son is 16 months and I will continue to use there products as long as I can!

I've been trying to contact Love to dream to send me the correct items that I ordered. Of the four ordered items they sent me one. No answer on the phone or email so far. Terrible fulfillment and customer service.
Great products though. Would recommend buying through a third party.

Not as good as said. For newborn you have only one option which is the swaddle bag. My baby doesn’t like it and when doing a deeper research, baby’s regulate their temperature through their legs and hands. When the hands are inside a such a wired position as the bag gives them, they cant regulate their body temperature. They need sleep bags with hands out. Anyway. You buy and try and sadly this product is unusable for us.

I had a couple of Love to dream sleeping bags, they are nothing special definitely not worth the price. The cheaper Chinese versions work just as well for a fraction of the price. Oh and special thanks for going through people's listings and reporting anything that even slightly resembles your product. This one is for you lovetodreamcops...

Really poor customer service. I ordered 4 sleepsuits (2 different orders) but unfortunately my baby started to roll so I decided to return the package. Note that the sleepsuits were not opened.
I contacted customer services to check if I can return all the items in 1 package as this would save me a return cost and they confirmed that this was ok. Items were sent back, however, they have only provided a partial refund for one of the items with no explanation. I have sent number of emails and they are are being ignored by Christiana, I therefore will be filing a claim with my bank. Avoid the headache.

My daughter is now 6 weeks old. In short, she hates this sleeping bag. She slept well in it for 2 nights and now she just screams in it. That was a complete waste of money. Now I have 2 sleeping bags that I can't return because they are used. They're not worth the money, it's nice that some babies can sleep in them, but not mine. According to the marketing, babies sleep better with it, which is probably a joke. I've tried it again several times, but I'm tired of it. I swaddle my daughter normally and that's how she sleeps best.
I've ordered, 24 days ago, 2 swaddles for my 3 month old daughter, and they haven't arrived yet, the customer service doesn't respond, I sent about 10 emails to ask where my package went and no one responds, assistance non-existent. If the package ever arrives I will have to send it back because it will no longer fit my daughter who is now 4 months old. It looks like a scam site
I'm writing a review as I feel people might be put off by all the negative reviews.
Our little one would not sleep in a sleeping bag with way too much flinching, brought a swaddle as a back up and so glad we did. We get soooo much more sleep, our little one does not wake up nearly as much as before. We decided to purchase 2 more 'cool' thermo swaddles. Both arrived on time with no issue.
I can not talk for customer service but the swaddle is a sleep saver.

I absolutely love these swaddles!
We were originally bought the newborn size from a family member and have recently purchased two more because our little one sleeps so well in them!
It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s asleep and safe and more importantly he’s completely comfortable and it feels natural for him.
All I want to do is return item i bought. The customer service number is not working I have now raised two tickets I’ve had no response to nothing beginning to think this company is a SCAM . Can anyone advise me how to return item
