This is the worst company to deal with. If it wasn’t for the fact that my wife adores their lingerie I wouldn’t bother with Love Stories!

Not only did they ruin Christmas by mucking up the order (twice) they have also caused me extra aggravation by not fulfilling an order for a birthday present.

Love Stories thinks it okay to just apologise and refund. Too easy when I know the apology is not sincere!

They also tried to extort me for postage by claiming UK orders under £200 incurs a £25 postage charge. Their own website was contradictory and claimed order over £79,99 qualified for free postage.

Total rip-off and this brand is not that special!

Disgusting service from Renske and the Team.

I love Love Stories products and were therefore excited to be ordering an item from their sale.
However, the product was a bit too large for me, so I sadly had to return it. However,

- Although it said 30 days return on the return sheet included in the parcel, the website informed me that it was only 14 days for items bought on sale (not easy information to come across)
- Love Stories do not offer any return label in the parcel
- Love Stories do no not cover the cost of the return in most countries including Denmark where I am located
- The procedure is to fill out both a form in the parcel and on their website and I had to search around to find the return form on their website which was not very intuitive
- I then paid 9 euro for a return label that I had to print out
- I then went to return the parcel, but discovered that although sent with DHL the return was UPS (?) I couldn't return it in the same pick up point
- Love Stories do not offer an exchange, so although I wanted the item in a smaller size I would have to order that in a new order. And I didn't want to risk having to go through all of these steps to return yet another item

All in all their return service is really bad and I will definitely think twice about ordering from their online store again. I was also a costumer who really wanted the item, but due to the bad costumer journey ended up not buying anything.

Great underwear, just a little too expensive for me

I already know this brand for a while now through a local store, but due to Corona I ordered for the first time directly at the online shop. I received my order super fast and I was really flattered opening my package - it has the most beautiful wrapping, boxes and details. Even the envelope of the invoice was plain beautiful. It might seem exaggerating to be overwhelmed by tissue paper, lovely boxes and such things, but after a year of increased online shopping it catches the eye when something is being prepared with love. The products are beautiful&of very good quality anyway, but that I already knew.. so all in all: thanks for the love for details and brightening my day! I will definitely order again soon :)

I had contact with the customer service a few days ago, because of a reclamation. I got a feedback in no time. The support was very obliging and kind. They‘ve sent me some options to return the product. Although there were some technical difficulties they did their very best to find a Solution. I love companies were it’s not only about the product but about the experience and allaround Service. Big recommendation! We all know, a good customer Support isn‘t for granted. Love Stories‘ is awesome! I‘m in love with Lovestories now.

Amazing store. High quality products and really good costumer service (quick, very friendly and uncomplicated).

There was a stock issue which delayed the delivery but they went all the way to solve it! These things can happen. I'm happy with they way the solved it. I will buy again as I love their lingerie.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered more than a month ago. After 3 weeks without any news from them, I sent an email. It took them a week to give me an unuseful answer. I quote "We saw that you still didn’t receive an answer on your mail. Did you receive your order or get any help in the meantime?" So basically they were asking me to provide them information on my package. How can they be that lost with their own orders? Again, I sent two emails, trying to get reimbursed. Their answer: "There seems to be a technical issue with your order. (I could have guessed myself...thanks) Our IT department are working hard to solve this, we will inform you asap!". Well, no I just want my money back. I don't want to deal with you anymore.

This is a story about a package that never arrived. Just when I hoped to give my girlfriend a beautiful gift for her birthday. Love stories destroyed my day and almost my relationship because I came there with bare hands. I will spare you the details, but I try to call them, and the only noise that I heard sounded like a pitbull that raped a dead chilled they never picked up the phone. However, I began to email then, and the only stupid answer that they can ask is: ”is your package arrived”. If I didn't have a future of life, I would already burn down this whole store. I hope the founders will read this and shame their self's deeply. And again to the question that is already asked 100000 times. No my package still not arrived and I just donated my money towards some disappointments in this world, that are too stupid to send the package.

This lingerie is, ultimately, overpriced but can sell its wares because it’s timed its entrance into the market perfectly. It’s a strong offering: slightly anti-lingerie, all non-structured and free and easy bralettes etc etc. But it feels a little cheap, flimsy and if someone told me it came from Topshop I wouldn’t bat an eye. Some nice designs, but ultimately surface deep.

The sizing is really confusing.

I purchased a swimsuit with the 10% off first order code for my birthday as it was the only way I could afford the suit I'd been coveting. From their sizing advice it should have fit, but did even make it over my hips - which aren't exactly huge. Then I'm told I can only exchange it for a different size if I go to the London store. I do not live in London and, since I live with a vulnerable adult, do not wish to go into it while we are still in the middle of a pandemic.

So I now have to pay to return the item and then pay full price if I wish to try a different size. When highlighted this to the team I was told "It's our returns policy" and sent a link. Not even an offer to extend the return or refund date to give me time to get into London to try on a different size or offering to give me another 10% off code so I can purchase the correct size (even though I'd still have to pay for returns).

I could understand that more if we weren't in the middle of a world crisis. It seems ridiculous to me. It does not take much to be kind and understanding, especially in the current climate. Such a shame because I adore the costume.

No answer of my emails. I just want to know when they deliver may order!

No replay, no responds. Made my order - #000045752 on the 7th of january and it said shipping within 24 hours, but nothing is happening. I have sent emails and by messenger, but there is no customer service at all.

I ordered on October 25th. The order arrived today on December 4th, which alone is completely unacceptable. What makes me completely angry is that I ordered

two Firecracker Briefs in Size 1 ( which are missing completely)
two Truman Briefs in Size 1 (only 1 of them arrived)
two Truman Hipster Briefs in Size 1 (only 1 arrived)
two Love Lane Bralette in Size 2 ( one arrived in Size 1)

Your team is not able to handle a simple order. It makes one wonder if your team is drunk, when they pack up an order. I want a free return label so I can send you your lingerie back. I also want a complete refund of my money. This is the most disappointing experience I ever had with an online order. I know whoever has to handle my complaint is not guilty and I apologize for my tone, but I paid 263,50 Euros and was completely meesed around by your company. Please just handle this quickly.

Your costumer service is not even able to send a reply to my emails.

Shipped very fast and arrived in a beautiful package! Even cheap items have free delivery. Asked a question in the chat and they answered fast. Second time I've asked another question they never answered, so this is negative point. But still worth it :)
