I ordered the horribly made dress Sept. 8th 2023 for Halloween. I received it 11/4/2023 and being disappointed is an understatement for sure. Cheap and looks nothing like the picture. Should learn my lesson now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Item finally arrived 6 wks from order date. Had to email them twice for tracking info. It did not look like the same shirt that was pictured. Very thin material, poor quality. Buyer beware. Lesson learned here.

Spent over $150 and nothing came. when I tried to log in it would say the app is down and or my credentials don't work.

Agree with other reviews that the item looked nothing like that advertised and the material was of poor quality. They also don't seem to provide refunds or exchanges, or at least, I can't seem to find a way of contacting them.

I made my order from here nervously after reading the reviews, but as I particularly wanted one of the dresses and I couldn't find anything similar I did it anyway. Although it took a long time to arrive I was expecting that, what I wasn't expecting was the quality of the dresses whihc was far better than I had thought.

I ordered two dresses, one was a mini dress, and one was a maxi dress. What arrived was two dresses with identical lengths (both midi - on the knee).
I emailed them about the mistake and got this message:
"Hi, what we sent you is correct. Have a nice day" Pretty much a scam.

Product was not as advertised. I bought two dresses. They looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric was cheap and won’t stand up to one wear. The hemlines are wrong. AND they smelled like cigarettes out of the package.

They didn't send one of the items I paid for, and another was broken. They refused to refund me for either item.

I ordered 5 pieces from this company - 4 dresses and a skirt. All were ordered in 3X. The skirt is too small to fit anyone who isn't a literal child and the fabric of two of the dresses is much cheaper than what the site promised. The stitching and finishing is shoddy. It took forever to get to me. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered a dress. From these people and I keep getting the runaround. Dress never showed up was never delivered they keep telling me that it was. I'm very aggravated with the fact that customer service sucks so bad. I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with these people to see what they will do as far as issuing the delivery since I never received my delivery and I keep getting the runaround bad customer service Bad Company. Not worth the headache of trying to order from them. They just took advantage of me and got almost $40 out of me. And I've got nothing. It would be great to get some kind of acknowledgment that there is a problem but all I keep getting is a generic response saying that it has been delivered when it has not don't do business with these Crooks. Or the dress back in May here it is July and still trying to figure this issue out I guess I'm just out of my money and out of a dress so pissed.

The material is of very poor quality. Even the buttons aren't sewn on properly. The products have very low quality for the cost. It should be: buy one get one. I was very disappointed. Badly finished sewing.

The size chart is way off. When I asked to send stuff back for a refund I was told they would give mea 33% refund and I could keep the clothes that don’t fit me. No one got back to me when I complained and the refund never showed up!

The shipping process was awful it took longer than the website stated they did respond when I emailed them but it felt like an automatic response. What I bought didn't look anything like it did on the site. Very disappointed.

Purchased a dress. I received the dress and I couldn't believe how poor the quality is. It's actually unwearable, it's like wearing a dress made out of an umbrella, also size was way off. I used their measure guide and went a size up to be sure, but it was too small.

I contacted customer service through email and I received a very unprofessionally written reply saying I could get 30% refund and I don't need to return it. I declined because I want 100% of my money back.

I received a return address, the address isn't even known on Google maps and the post office couldn't create a label for the parcel and the costs are almost the same as the dress.

I contacted them again, and since they didn't want the dress back at first, I asked for full refund. Now they want the dress back, again in very unprofessionally written email.

I'm furious. This company is unprofessional, poor quality (I purchased from China based companies before and still got decent quality), and customer service is garbage. They are absolutely not worth your money.

I want a full refund! Apparently I'm not the only one with complaints about quality and customer service. Do better.

Shipping took over a month! Yes the deals are good but out of the 4 dresses I bought for 98.00, 2 were alittle tight, one had a werid super high neckline and one actually fit well. This is asian sizing and the materials are alittle odd. The clothes are "ok" but if you want long-lasting good material that drapes nice, look elsewhere.

Ordered 6 tunics. So looking forward to them. A month later 6 plastic “shirts” arrived and size chart length totally wrong. I would never wear these plastic sheets. They came from China and shipping back would be a fortune. Offered 30% of my cost. Ripped off. Scam!!!

The product does not respond, I cannot write a review on their website, because I never received a confirmation email, which is a condition for a review. They are disappointed. Sad. I do not recommend!

The dresses I ordered duely came but were nothing like the image in the advert and the sizing was small. Dreadful. No reply to email requesting return and refund. Don't be tempted.

Don't be fooled! The product received will not look like the product ordered, specifically the hemline. I wish I could show the picture of the feather dress with an asymmetrical hemline compared to the straight hemline received. I sent a complaint to customer service & was offered a 30% refund, while also being prevented from leaving a review on their site for the product. Beware of this bait & switch, unless a straight hemline is what you're after.

Ordered $98 of dresses. Said shipping from Oklahoma USA by given date. Did not ship for over a month. Asked for a refund. Got the run around. Then an email saying it shipped with a fake tracking number. Contacted again. Their response "sorry it shipped" but still have not recieved anything. Going on 2 months. They say customer servuce is their number 1 priority but do not answer specific email questions and I only got a response after multiple email imquiries. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NOT USA.
