It took two months for my package to arrive but it is finally here. I ordered three sweaters and a dress. One of the sweaters and the dress were of very poor quality. The other two sweaters were not too bad. It was nice to buy on this website, but I will certainly not do it a second time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM they took $127 the clothes never came and we just found out that it is a SCAM website do not buy from this website!

SCAM! dress doesn’t fit! Then they sent two more of same! Can’t get an address or refund info! The company has different names —also *orderplus! Lack contact info and robotic generated responses! They charged me for 2 dresses—then sent another 2 weeks later! Can’t get any help from real person!!

Parts of the order never arrived. Their contact details are wrong. Unable to get refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

This website is terrible I ordered 80$ worth of clothes a week before my birthday in April and I still have not received anything!! I’ve emailed them multiple times and they claim my clothes have been shipped but still nothing. Do not order from here!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. almost 5 months and never got my $200 worth of clothes. never responded to my emails. the tracking number has been static in china for the entire time since i ordered.

It’s been over 3 months & I still have not received anything & every time I email about a refund they tell me I need to wait longer for my stuff to arrive. I just want my money back.

I love the quality of the sweaters I ordered but I made that order over two months ago.
I also received them at different times and am STILL waiting for 1 item. I understand there may be delays.. but there is no email updates from customer service which is disappointing. I shouldn’t have to chase up my order from over two months ago.

I don’t know why everybody says it is a scam because I ordered two jumpers and they only took a few more days to be delivered than said and when they arrived one of them was very soft and comfy as shown and the other was think compared to the picture but still very pretty. Overall very good.

My dad ordered me clothes for my birthday which was in May keep in mind. He ordered the clothes on April 30th and it is now July 1st and still nothing has gotten here. 2 months and it is still not here just bouncing between customs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is a fraud. If you have any problems with the items, shipping or returns they stall the process to make it impossible to return anything. The information on their website is purposefully incorrect. They do not list phone numbers and list useless email address that do not receive emails. This is the worst type of international company there is.

Very good service but it took about 3 weeks to get delivered, however that was because of the corona virus. There was a bit of mud on my joggers but that probably happened whilst it was being transported. In conclusion the service wasn’t that bad and the joggers look exactly as they are on the picture and they fit perfectly! :)

terrible- don't order from this site! Still waiting for separate items that were ordered more than 2 months ago and have supposedly been shipped ( covienantly u can't cancel an order once it is shipped)

Did not deliver and could not contact them for a refund. It's a scam.

i paid $170 for a couple of items and never received them or got a refund and the company is impossible to contact. DO NOT ORDER.

SCAM WARNING! Zero stars! Took 3 months to get my order, the customer service email adress just bounces back saying it does not excist. And most importantly, the product is NOT AT ALL like the pictures. Plastic fabric, and no fit, its like wearing a plastic bag, and colour is awful. STAY AWAY! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I’m not sure why everyone keeps saying they’re scammers. Yeah, clothes takes a while to get to you, but it gets here. I ordered a dress and LOVE it, will be ordering more. They are definitely not scammers.

Crooks. Item never delivered and their email is not real.

Scam. Dont spend your money. Tried to email them and it came back as undeliverable.
