I bought 6 cups and saucers and thought they were very nice. Before 3 months use, one saucer developed a hair line crack. Products used and washed according to company advice.
The company did not wish to know about the faulty product and emailed several times stating that they only replace items if broken on delivery. They were not at all interested. This product is not cheap so beware as either very poor quality or some are faulty. I had no choice but to buy another saucer as had a set... but my advice is AVOID this company. Photographs available and were sent to company.

Received a gift of three different cups and saucers. Forget trying to make an exchange! They’ll come up with some lame reason to deny the request to resolve.

Never order from them. No number to contact, and if something is incorrect IE the colour isn’t right etc then make you pay to sen it back rather than an exchange. Also items are not listed on the website correctly which meant I ordered the wrong thing because it wasn’t well described. Never again.

I ordered two cappuccino cups with saucers. When they arrived, the color was not as displayed on their website. They blamed me for picking the wrong color, which was not the issue. The misrepresentation of their products is the issue. They refunded the cost of the cups, but none of the shipping which was almost half my cost after sending the items back. Never shopping there again.

I recently ordered from Loveramics, attracted by their beautiful designs, but my experience was ruined by unexpected customs duties. Nowhere during the checkout process was it made clear that I would be responsible for paying additional fees upon delivery. This lack of transparency is disappointing and feels deceptive.

When I reached out to their customer service about this issue, their response was dismissive, offering no support or real solution. As an international customer, I expect clear and upfront information about all potential charges before completing a purchase.

While their products are undeniably stylish, I cannot recommend Loveramics due to their poor communication about hidden costs. If you’re shopping internationally, be prepared for unpleasant surprises.

I placed an order and I realised I hadn't added a saucer and they couldn't cancel the order. I contacted the immediately but when they messaged me the claimed they had already dispatched the order.

I've ordered a set of 3 coffee drippers that included a stand for each other. Priced at 290 HKD they only have one set on their website, and that's exactly what I've ordered. The package arrived without any of the stands.
I tried to get in touch with a sales representative any they kept saying that I'd misunderstood and that I ordered something else. They won't check the link on my order, and they won't check the bank statement. It is really frustrating and I can't use the drippers.
