Took my money got nothing. What a SCAM! Fake tracking number.

Ordered dog elbow brace. Invalid tracking number and no response from site. My dog really needed this brace to walk and $79 later I have no brace. What a disgrace!

Update: After working through PayPal was sent brace. Not sure what the problem was…found out merchandise is shipped from China as it is ordered and then disbursed from Illinois. Make sure and read shipping policy before you purchase! Wanted to love this company but Amazon is easier to deal with.

The worst store to purchase from. No valid tracking number is given and once I asked for a valid tracking number or a refund they stopped replying to my emails. Save yourself the headache people.

***update*** After a month of having to send an email every day requesting a refund I finally got one! Be persistent.
This company still gets one star for the aggregation.

I ordered a dog brace for my dog's leg. I received an email that the order had shipped on 04/17/2023. I never was able to track the order with the number provided. Message received states "Not Found" -- This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later.
I contacted the company through their website and still haven't received a response or the order.

After writing this review, I was contacted by the company and received a full refund 6/6/2023

Great company to deal with. Had a problem with size and they were quick and very polite on how to accommodate me. Customer service is probably the best I've ever had to deal with.

What a company! I had recently purchased a double leg hip brace for my 16 year old dog with hopes that it would help her walk better. I ordered it without first setting up my account. Unfortunately the brace was too much for dog to tolerate and she couldn't use it. I emailed the company to see how I could initiate a return as my account did not reflect my purchase. I provided them with the order number and explanation. They credited my account and told me to keep the brace. I will be donating it to our local shelter. I am impressed with this company. Thank you Lovepluspet your kindness, it was appreciated.

I had ordered a dog brace & was satisfied with the product for the price. I did have some concerns which the staff addressed quickly & professionally. I truly felt that Lovepluspet was looking out for me and my dog!

I really appreciate this company. Got the wrong size leg brace. They sent me the next size up for free. I donated the one that didn’t fit to my local vet so they could give it to someone who needed it. Thank you guys so much!

Very appreciative of the customer service, its been quick, helpful, and polite. Very good company with many speciality products for dogs. Found them easy to work with and find the right products for my dogs needs.

Bought this about a month ago before we went on vacation and I am very pleased with it! We were able to figure out what portion size we wanted for each feeding which was why we got it. Our younger cat is a little fatty and we didn’t want to leave a bowl of food out because we thought he would over eat. I was able to give random snacks from 4 states away! I would highly recommend if you worry about a car over eating.
