I am very pleased with the product. I would have liked to have been able to view my purchase somewhere on the site. I was told by a representative that this was not an option. I was pleased with a discount for another purchase since I selected the wrong product initially.

We did finally receive the carpet. Gotta say I was excited to get the email saying the carpet delivered, imagine my disappointment when I opened My mail box! Very cute carpet but whisper thin. The advertising on Facebook is very misleading & extremely disappointing!! Pictures make the carpet look like one of those nice carpets that when you rub your feet your shoes or boots come clean, actually this is basically a very thin novelty not for a entrance! Again cute concept but you shouldn’t mislead people with photoshopped advertising!

The door mat we ordered was misrepresented in pictures. We will say the art was great but that is where it stops.
The first pictures led us to believe that there was a door mat texture and bristles. The last couple of pictures showing the true thickness were of an entirely different design. Dark background not what appeared as a textured bristle mat.
If a person only wants this for the art great! We wanted it for the art and functionality. We did put it at the back door because often people come in that way. Functionality was still a fail. It got slightly wet and it was slippery and not safe.
It is not an outdoor door mat and isn’t suitable for even a bath mat.
My daughter got us a printed doormat that was twice the size and was a true textured bristle mat and it was less than $10 more.

I love the doormat. I had to search a couple of breeds since my doodles look different. I found ones that look just like them! Super cute! And my delivery drivers actually have not rang the bell so it's even working!! These are thin so I have just placed it on top of the original mat I had out.

I love the idea of the rug. There wasn’t an option for my Morkie so I sent a pic. There were many options of my Boston. But I wanted to send pic of her as well but no option to do that. So I got a rug that has real life pic and a cartoonish looking pic. So looks weird. Wish I would have known.

We ordered our Matt with our two knuckleheads / Rosie & Ellie - Teddy Bears - but one looks like a Shitzu and one looks like a Bichón. The dogs on the matt look exactly like our dogs. People can’t believe it. Well done!!

Ordered my mat. Guess I missed how thin it actually is. The pictures were cute but one of them made my dog look green around ears, the other was fine. Put mat inside the house since it was really thin. In less than 2 weeks outer stitches on one side was trying to unravel. I don’t have a lot of traffic in and out of my house. From the picture they showed of mar it looked like underside was slip resistant. It’s not. It slips around. So while it’s cute not the quality I expected for the price.
