Excellent purchase. Lovense has nothing but quality merchandise. The Edge 2 lived up to its name. Hit all the right spots. It's more for playtime, not made for casual wear. Wow does it hit the spot with the dual motors.

Its the best toys i have in my collection . even with my poorty , i cant imagine dont have lovense . i had hush 2 but he broke after 5 years of MANY use so i took an other one , gemini , and gravity . Perfect too ! Application still have some connection problems sometime but .. u seem on the breach .

The charger is purchased melted into my carpet. They refuse to refund me the less than 20 bucks. More importantly, didnt ask what model number to recall the product that potentially could have burned down my apartment building. Just WOW

the toy overall is fantastic, a lot larger than expected but understandably. the only issue I see that led to 4 instead of 5 stars is the sleeve one of the bumps inside it seems to have a bit of damage or a molding flaw with it

Do NOT do business with this company, they do not respond to customer service emails in a timely fashion yet have purchase policies in place to prevent you from canceling their products so that you are stuck with them.

I ordered an item by mistake, sent an email promptly after requesting a cancelation. Customer service conveniently did NOT respond until after the item shipped. They told me to refuse the package yet they can stop it via the tracking

I am not jumping thru hoops to get a refund of which will probably take weeks now as I have to wait to hopefully turn the package around. Do not do business with them. Its like pulling tooth and nail if you have an issue. God forbid I had an issue with the product. I will never do further business with them, I want my refund for an item I immediately canceled.

Company finally contacted me AFTER I filed a dispute. They are trying to con me into paying return shipping for an unopened package & that they dont pay for return shipping.

I see they have now written me here, they didnt mention the useless $10 credit for their company instead of my full refund.. why would I want to do business with this company?! I do NOT. I want to send their back their item, unopened for a FULL refund.

I will be filing a dispute & I will be taking the unopened, unwanted, should have been canceled package to usps to refuse it. I will not be conned by this company & I suggest other potential consumers do the same.

I need the return shipping covered. I tried to cancel immediately and was ignored. I took all the steps necessary.

I have an unopened package, an item not opened that I do not want that the company can resell. For this inconvenience I should not have to pay for return shipping in the case. Company is at fault. I do not have the money to return it nor should I have to.

Lovense will not approve of a paid return shipping label so we can close this case.

Love the toy, hate the magnetic charge

They take advantage of being the leading pretty much only option for interactive toys in this industry. I have spent hundreds on hundreds now in the thousands on there products. The quality and price do not align, every product is cheaply made but by far the three most disappointing products that i dumped hard earned money on were the mini sex machine the domi and recently the osci. I like to keep things new a fun but it’s more of a hassle than anything to the point i just don’t have time to be emailing back and forth to receive another defective product i just take it as a loss. i know im not the only one that has had this experience. Several girls that are in this industry have the same complaints and initially after getting the run around we have no choice but to waste time or just chop it up as a loss. I really wish there were more options but lovense is the only product compatible on almost all cam sites. Giving them the advantage to rip people off with defective products that are cheaply made and do not last. If they even work at all.

I absolutely love this toy and the app. Playing with others is so fun! But the toy is glitchy. Charging issues. Randomly disconnects and turns off.

I bought a Max 2 and Lush 3. The Lush 3 is was a gift for someone who isn't in the country, and it was to close the distance in our interactions with each other. We had a conversation about how the toy was going to be used, wasn't happy about it in the beginning, but that's also why I am rewriting this review. The Max 2 works great, and the app.... I don't trust any of them that ask for payment to play. I paid to play when I bought the toy...........The girl I bought the Lush 3 for, she already controlled my Max 2. It's a very simple process to give control and to sync toys. I have only synced with one other user, but the app started acting weird for some reason and closed out the chat or something, but it is super easy to use the app, it's not rocket science like some try to make it out to be, and it's a neat enhancement to long distance sexual desired relationships. She's going to love it, she already does. You just have the person take control or if you have a toy that can sync you just use the required fields in the app to give control or sync. I came across lovense when a site on my computer called "strip chat" appeared. I checked it out, and it's probably one of the best cam model sites there are in the whole world, I think. Anyways, I got it for her because I love her and that was just my way of having real interaction with her online to show her that I do. Love the toys!
