I wish I could write a big fat juicy…
I wish I could write a big fat juicy ZERO! I received my medicine on 05/19 didn't really pay much attention I simply took the medication and placed it in the frig. Saturday morning I wake up and remove my semaglutide out of the frig to allow it to sit out and become room temperature, when I looked at that empty vial I almost passed out! it was like a drop of medicine I was blown away! first thing I did was turn the vial upside down to see if maybe it was leaking! I was completely lost!! I'm not new to this I was on Wegovy the actual pen and I lost 55 Lbs on Wegovy before my insurance stopped covering it. Then I moved to a company called Citizens Meds ( where I'm going back to) and purchased Terzepatide from them it came in a beautiful black welcome box with excellent directions and a vial FULL of medicine which I lost 22lbs. I should have known Lovely Meds was a joke when a zip lock bag was dropped off with syringes a few alcoholic pads and the medicine and a little tiny instructions booklet that you could barley read. They better reach out to me I've already left a message and I want ANSWERS. I did not pay my hard earned money for a drop of medication. Citizens Meds I learned really fast that the grass IS NOT greener on the other side and I will be returning and will stay with CItizens Meds a REAL company that provided ALL of my medicine. Lovely Meds I need answers and I need them now. I sent a message via chat along with pictures!!!! Its my fault I tried to go cheaper and learned a very valuable lesson!!!!!!
