Bottle was short
As always, the product is excellent, the service is very professional. Sometimes the delivery times can vary, like everyone since COVID so I have chosen the free and expedited services, both were roughly the same.
Anyway, unfortunately this time, the bottle was not full so I took a video and some photos for evidence. This has only happened 3 times, in as many years and including this delivery. The first time it happened, I was immediately sent another bottle and I sent the faulty one back. Unfortunately, you did not receive the faulty bottle but I did send it back as instructed. Then, it happened a second time and I sent in another letter, similar to this one, with vid & photographic evidence. Unfortunately, this time I received no replacement bottle or even a response. I can only assume that it got lost on your server somewhere but it could be because you didn't think I sent the first bottle back, when I did..

Cheapest by far and fast free delivery glad i found lovely liquid
Came across this site by chance, read the name lovely liquid and thought it was a dodgy site ordered the endoca hemp body butter and was cheaper here than anywhere else plus free delivery. My item arrived within two days and for £20 cheaper than anywhere else, i will definitely be buying from here again. Side note you need to try endoca hemp body butter its the best cream ever.

We have checked the tracking and for your first order the Yodel delivery driver has tried to deliver on 4th Sept at 13h25, on 6th Sept at 16h14 and on 7th Sept at 15h37. Unfortunately on each occasion there was no person available to take delivery. Please contact Yodel with the tracking number provided to arrange an alternative delivery slot.
Your 2nd order is now at the local Yodel delivery hub and should be out to you by tomorrow. Please make arrangements with the courier if you will be unavailable.
