Cozy and clean appartment with a nice location.

The apartment was clean and tidy , perfect for the family of 5 to spend weekend in the city close to all the sights etc.

Santi welcomed me very professionally and was terrific. The apartment is precisely as described and photographed and although I did notice a wall of peeling paint on the far side of the kitchen closest to the courtyard and that’s a simple fix and should have been done. I might also suggest a little bit less drab a color in the kitchen!

This flat is very nice, modern, and in an excellent location. It is right in the heart of things, with plenty to do within walking distance, and several tube stations are close as well. Santiago was our contact, and he met us at the flat on time when we arrived, showed us around, and made sure we knew how to work everything.

We shared this flat with one other couple, and we took the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and the balcony. The shower in this bathroom has no enclosure, so once you do take a shower, the water gets all the floor wet and the toilet. Any paper products should be taken out (toilet paper) prior to use due to the humidity with the hot water. This isn't a negative comment, just worth knowing. We did take several showers in the hall bathroom to keep our bathroom dry.

We would definitely stay in the flat again, or if it wasn't available, work with Lovelydays to find another.

Excellent place to stay. Wonderful location. Super comfortable, with good space and amenities. Had some trouble getting the clothes dryer to operate but all else was great.

Great apartment, beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail. Fantastic booking experience. Alex met us at the property and she was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing apartment! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean and well maintained. Great instruction booklet which was very appreciated. Good location.
CONS:
The listing made no mention that we would not be able to drop our bags off ahead of time. Inly our confirmation email we received 3 days prior and then that’s too late to make a decision about whether or not this is an option that makes sense. Instead we had to spend another almost $75 to drop them w a service and cart our luggage almost a mile to get it to the place through the heart of London. This is a major drawback and should be clearly listed OR BETTER YET ALLOW PEOPLE A PLACE TO DROP THE SUITCASES OFF! This really is a big deal when you have early/late flights.
Lack of washcloths and hand towels. We had one washcloth for a party of 5! No hand towels in any bathroom OR KITCHEN!!! This was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. We dried plates etc w paper towels and didn’t have access to any washcloths in the bathrooms.

Great location! the apartment is better than advertised. Clean, roomy and great communication with the building managers. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was lovely, and in a spectacular location. Check-on was easy.
Two issues which led me to 4 stars rather than 5:
The en suite bathroom has a shower head but is too small for an enclosure, so using that shower is problematic. We all shared the shower in the hall way.
On our first night, smoke detectors went off at 3:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 8:00 and 8:30 AM. So, after a long day of travel, we got little sleep. We never got information as to what caused this, despite an email exchange with the rental manager.
All that said, it is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in a perfect, central location.

We loved our family stay at the Lovelydays Romilly apartment in London! Immediately after booking the apartment, Alejandro has made us feel welcome. He immediately answered any questions, provided us with all information needed, and kept himself up to date about our travel schedule by staying in close touch. He made our booking feel like a breeze, and our apartment like home. The apartment itself was true to the company's name: in one word, lovely. We will definitely make use of Lovelydays again.

Fantastic apartment - the photos were true and really did reflect the apartment. Location was amazing, bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed and would certainly return.

Very good but kitchen is under equipped and 2 pocket doors to bathrooms we got locked inside without locking doors
