I love the mug sets from Loveliga. We received our first set of mugs a long time ago, and we have bought more since. They are beautifully designed with a minimalist aesthetic, and they are extremely practical. You can place them on any surface without worrying about heat or watermarks due to the cork bottom. Friends always comment on them.

Aside from the product, the customer service is commendable. I was sent the wrong order, and they resolved the issue with good communication and immediacy.

Will continue to use Loveliga.

In September I bought, online, some Liga ‘Shoal’ cork placemats to protect my beautiful new antique polished mahogany dining table. Within days I noticed a number of hairline scratches had appeared underneath where the mats had been. Compared with other cork mats available in well known stores, Liga’s cork mats are rough and abrasive, albeit made from recycled Portuguese cork!

I contacted Liga customer services by email with no response but eventually managed to speak to a manager.

Liga failed to follow through with their original offer of support and I heard nothing for several weeks. I contacted them again to insist on returning them for a full refund. This has now happened but it has taken two months to resolve.

Liga still deny that there is a problem with their cork mats so buyers beware! They might be attractive and have good eco credentials but they could damage your table and for a small company, Liga customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible company. Poor quality products that do look good but fall apart after a few weeks use. The leg detached from a table as it was held on by 3 tine pin style staples and the joint was completely dry. It took weeks to actually get a response from anyone at liga, eventually via social media. They still haven't actually helped in anyway and messed me around for weeks without providing a return label as promised. I would never buy liga products again.

No issues with this purchase and I love the sustainable cork mats I’ve received

I ordered two sets of placemats. Order was sent promptly, but I noticed I ordered the wrong placemats. Sent an email upon arrival, and a second email the day after, on July 12th, adding the order invoice, so as to enable quick search for Loveliga. I would like to find out how we can solve the problem in the best possible way.
Am still waiting on a first reply, July 19th.
Obviously not impressed by lack of response by the company.

Love our Beach Clean place mats and coasters. Lovely products, delivered promptly and backed up with friendly customer service. The free key ring was a nice touch, and it worked as we are buying more!
