I recently had the pleasure of shopping with this company, and I must say they are truly outstanding. Their products are not only of very high quality but also come with an amazing selection, including some beautiful and intimate lingerie.

I mistakenly ordered double of one item and by way of your AI tool, arranged a return. The QR code is not recognized by the U.S. Postal Service and I wrote your customer service team on this over a week ago with no reply. Your lack of response if very disappointing to help me resolve this issue and with a 30 day return policy to contend with, I wonder whether by default I will end up with the item because of your lack of response...in which case I will dispose of it and with no other choice than to absorb the expense. I PURCHASED A Lovehoney Rose Suction Stimulator which cost me £60 and it was a total waste of time there was not enough suction, they said they would accept it back and give me a GIFT VOUCHER - my point to them is if they can accept it back with a gift voucher then instead of a voucher give a refund, because they are basically going to resell it woulld you want a reusable sex toy yuk yuk yuk.....so i am going to write to Trading Standards under the Health & Safty Rules

Return Rejected By Chatbot
Purchased an item from the organisation however the item was unsatisfactory for my needs. I made an attempt to return and was advised that I could return via their 100 days pleasure guarantee scheme however I had to do so via their chatbot.
After answering the same questions about a dozen times (including having to repeat yes about 6 times in a row for the same question), the chatbot crapped out and said to try again later, which I did and got another failure message.
I then tried emailing, which provided an auto response suggesting the email wasn't being monitored and that the chatbot was their gateway.
While I have nothing against the company as a whole, considering i've happily used their products previously, the introduction and hiding solely behind a chatbot which their tech team have yet to figure out how to give it access to their ticket system, is pretty disgraceful and a breach of statutory rights.
As the product only cost £50, i'll likely just bin it and move on but not before adding this company to my blacklist. Waste of materials, waste of a company.
