Good transparency. Bad - support, when needed.
Good - Booking process. Simple. Varied price, flights, hotels. Options to build holiday
Communication pre holiday great.
Payment plan.
Once home - Complaint dealt with efficiently.
The bad - The hotel was still being built. 4 floors complete & the 3 above us being built. Drilling began 7.30am - 6days of the week. Love Holidays were not aware of this. Or never mentioned that the indoor pool & spa were under renovation. More checks needed.
If in trouble on holiday the process is - contact tru chatbot. I was number 41 in the q & moved 4 places in 50mins. The UK & Irish support number kept dropping the line ( It was Sunday).
