Different Items Delivered - No Contact

I ordered a garden rake from the Krumpholz range but a different, lower-priced rake (from the same range) was delivered.

I replied to the original email and also emailed the customer service email but unfortunately did not receive any reply. Even my attempt to contact through youtube and instagram were ignored.

It should be noted that the items were delivered from a third-party (a garden centre).

This seems to be a fly-by-night company. Disappointing experience. Best avoided.
