Cancelled within minutes — they shipped it anyway.
I ordered clip-on veneers from Loveenero (order #86559, October 9, 2026) and requested cancellation within minutes, then again on October 10. The company refused to cancel and shipped the item anyway on October 11. Returns are only at the buyer's own expense to Canada. Tracking shows the parcel was actually shipped from Shenzhen, China, although the store presents itself as Canadian. As of October 25 — 16 days later — US customs was cleared on October 18, but the order still has not been delivered. The "Excellent 4.8/5 Trustpilot" reviews shown on their own website could not be found on Trustpilot itself. I do not recommend this store.
