I love their stuff! The cases are gorgeous and i love when new designs come out, i just ordered the cherry blossom one with glitter (It's beautiful!) when it arrived it was for the wrong phone so i messaged on Instagram and dropped them an email and they resolved my issue straight away, they sent out the correct one and i received it within 2 days! They also included a little freebie and they also provided me with something else as an apology which they really didn't need to do! I always shop here for my cases and you should too..if you have any issues they are so quick to resolve! Thanks so much again <3

The case is well made , love the designs and it's sturdy on the corners too! My favorite thing is not having to take the cover off my phone to pay for things! Which is one of the best parts too. Google pay works through the case! I feel like this should be mentioned on case descriptions. So happy with my new case !

I've ordered a few times and always super easy to navigate the website. The products are awesome so when I was getting a new phone, I knew where to go for a case and phone loop (can't do without a loop)

I absolutely love this little company and won’t go anywhere else for my phone accessories! I’ve ordered their own-design cases and phone loops, as well as a personalised case, and every single one has been superb. I did have a small issue with a faulty loop, but their customer service was outstanding — they couldn’t have done more to help, with incredibly fast action and a replacement sent out straight away. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this company I’ve purchased quite a few phone cases as I love changing mine frequently and showing them off. Recently experienced a minor problem and it was sorted and correct phone case was sent very quickly. 100% would recommend beautiful quality well packaged and easy to reach out to if you have any questions.

I've bought a few cases in the past and been very happy with them, however I received 2 for Christmas and the quality is no longer any good. The soft cases are a lot softer than before and thinner, they dont quite sit right over the buttons on the side which is annoying as they don't always work first time. I've also noticed the finish isn't as good, both have a few bumpy bits around the sides and for some reason they both have some sort of number printer on the side along with the model of the phone it's for. Personally i don't want to see something like that on my case and my previous ones never had that.
The pictures that are printed on the case are fine it's just the overall quality of the cases they are now using that's the problem.
As these were a gift I wasn't able to contact customer service about this and I feel awkward asking the person who gifted me them to do it. Sadly it has put me off buying anymore cases from them.

Just like to add I wasn't sent the wrong cases as their reply may suggest because as I stated above the model of the case is printed on the side of the actual case.
