1st order arrived ok. Ordered for 2nd time on 15/7, six weeks later still no products. They have effectively stolen my money….do not order from this company. The bras are good when you get them, but customer service is awful. Just stock reply that they are aware of my order and hope to send it in 7 days……that was 20 days ago!! Will try to recover money through credit card and hope they will get on the case to recover money. They will take your money and you will get nothing!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

If I could give them zero stars I would. The order I put in never turned up I contacted the company multiple times to find out what was happening, their reply it's on its way after 6 weeks to a month of still no items being delivered I requested a full refund. They said they would process this. However this refund has now failed. I have contacted them again about this it's ridiculous they think they can just take money from people. Not impressed.

Please do not buy from this company…. I do not believe the 5star reviews….
I wasn’t sure about the company so bought an Ashleigh bra to test out…. Delivered within the published times and I loved it. So feeling more confident I order 6 more bras in different colours!…. That was on the 17th July. I have emailed several times and been fobbed off with apologies each time. As a month has now passed I emailed this week to request cancellation of my order and a full refund!….. I really don’t see me getting my money back!…. They have also deleted my negative comments on their Instagram and facebook posts….. please please please DO NOT waste your money buying from them.

Ordered early July. Still no order and no communication despite emailing many times. Avoid this company

Placed my order two weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I have requested a cancellation of my order since they indicated in an automated response that they are low in product. Cannot get them to honor that cancellation. I have no idea if their product is good, but their business handlings are awful. Do not recommend.

Is this a scam? I am scared that I have scammed with this company. I ordered 2 items that’s worth $194 and it been 3 weeks now that the item hasn’t arrived yet. I emailed several times with the company but I haven’t got any reply. Please be careful to order from lovebellafit.

Ordered 27/07 no order yet received on 18/08. I am thinking this is another Facebook scam company?

Like other reviews, I have unfortunately placed an order, received email communication expressing sorrow however I have still not received any tracking information for the order. When I asked for a refund, all email communication ceased. Definitely a scam, lesson learnt.

I ordered a bra from Lovebellafit on 25th July. It's 15th August now and I have not even had the shipping advice, never mind any tracking information. Every time I write, I do get an email back expressing sorrow for my disappointment but actually what I would like is the bra I've already paid for. Not happy at all.

I ordered my items on the 6th of August. Its now the 15th of August and they still have not shipped my items. Emailed them several times but they always send some automated kind of emails, they’re always the same. Ridiculous company.

Absolutely awful!
Tried to return some items and had to email them to start the return (nothing on their website or confirmation emails about starting a return)
When I returned my items I didn't get any emails for the next two weeks, tried contacting them and they never replied. Had to dispute the whole thing with my bank and only then did they process the refund, but took some money off from tbe original payment.

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. For the first time, I feel as if I have been scammed ordering from a company online. As the last reviewer notes, I am kicking myself for not checking it out properly. I have been waiting for a month for my items that have not even been shipped yet. I have had email exchanges and now am asking for a refund but do not hold out hopes of getting my money back. Terrible.

Scam!
Never received order. Emailed for updates on the 4th email had a response to say order not in stock yet. Requested refund. They sent reply back order cancelled. Had to ask again for refund. Reply refund processing to PayPal. Waited for over 5cdys to return into my account. Then status from PayPal said they cancelled refund. Lucky I had payment protection with PayPal. This company is a scam!

Order missed the predicted delivery date with zero updates. Unlike other reviewers, I managed to get a (slow) reply via email. They told me to continue to wait for an undisclosed amount of time. I asked for a refund and was told to wait for delivery a second time. I’ve asked for a refund again. If they continue to withhold my money, I’ll be on to trading standards and my credit card to assist.

This is a scam company. They took my money. I waited the 8 days it said that delivery would take to be dispatched. After this date I have emailed. I’ve been ignored so I’ve repeated the email. I have messaged on Instagram and now I have commented on Instagram.

My comments have been deleted and many more are starting to be added by other people who have also been scammed and who also are being ignored and blocked from their social media.

This is a scam company.

Ordered but never arrived, emailed but never received a response. Do not waste your money
