Love Aero Jewelry offered a great selection, at really great price My favorite items have been the bangles , they are really well made and beautiful . I was impressed with the attention and care that was taken with packaging and shipping materials used , best I’ve seen.

I received the 7 pieces I ordered and all were nicely packaged. I love all the pieces! The gold tone and durability are just what I was looking for. The contemporary style of the bracelets make them easy to wear with everything. The clover necklace is simple and stackable- love it!!

Quality items, & when I had a concern about my order, Emily @ customer service was a rock STAR at helping! Highly recommend with no problems.

I ordered earrings In December and travelled the package was delivered at my door, but I was not home so when I came back, I couldn’t find the package. I took contact with them about it, and they sent me a new order. but after some days I found the old package somewhere I was expecting because I just moved in,

My order arrived and I was extremely disappointed! I spoke with customer service and they sent out 12 new items straight away. I loved the replacements. The customer service was excellent!

If I can give negative starts I would.

I ordered jewelry on December 30th and it’s January 21st and no update on where my order is. Customer services kept giving me the run around that due to the holidays I had to be patient…to them being told one piece of jewelry was on back order…to finally being shipped but the shipping information links states no updates. I have asked for a refund but customer services keeps dodging how I can get one—even when and if I receive my order I want to return them and they still will not tell me the. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from here. There are other websites that offer better customer service and will not take a month to get.

I love the modern and fashionable designs. The rings are a suitable fit and they look posh on me. I can wear them almost every day and every time without fearing that they will tarnish or diminish in colour. Love them so much, I would definitely recommend to friends and families.

Order took over two weeks to arrive, and tracking was not updated.

Of the seven items I ordered, I can't wear four as they are made to the measurements of a child, not woman. Really disappointed, and will not be ordering from here again.

I placed my order December 10, expecting these to be Christmas gifts for a few friends. Nowhere on the website is there an indication the merchandise come comes from China, Yiwu to be exact! Here I am 17 days later, with nothing in hand. While customer service is very nice, they are unable to give information regarding the shipping. I have a shipping tracking number from New Jersey, the label was created 12/10. I will check back in if I receive the order. Today January 4,2025 I received the order, I just wanted to acknowledge I received the order. I cannot judge the quality since I have not had a chance to wear it. Not all the pieces look as described. I don’t even want to go through the hassle of returning some of it.

I was afraid I was taking a chance when I ordered 2 pairs (S&M) after seeing an instagram ad but 3 or so weeks later I was so glad I did. The delivery took time but the earrings were in pristine condition, the packaging is cute as F and they look awesome. They’re very comfortable and I love them not to mention the compliments I’ve received. Will order again from loveaero next time they offer a design I like.

Yes delivery is somewhat difficult as being shipped from China and definitely takes longer to track and get any accurate date of delivery

Awful company and product. The earrings are not hypoallergenic and I’m allergic to them. My ears were red, sore and itchy after 2 hours of wearing them. Their customer guarantee is a lie as they have only given me a fraction of my money back. Do not buy anything from them

Update: although they have replied to say that they offered me different ways to resolve this, this is not the case. The options they provided were twofold:
1. I could return the incorrectly described ‘hypoallergenic’ earrings at my own cost to the USA which would have cost half as much as the refund; or
2. They would offer me a refund of half the original cost.

Given the added hassle of posting them back, of course I took the second option. And promptly threw these clearly misleadingly-labelled ‘hypoallergenic’ earrings in the bin. I’m still down £20, however. Their customer promises aren’t worth the paper they are written on. Do not buy from them!
