Fantastic experience from start to finish
The shop is brilliant — staff are helpful and attentive without hovering over you, which made browsing the sofas a really relaxed experience. The quality of the sofas speaks for itself.
Special mention to the delivery team, Mike and Craig, who were absolutely outstanding. Getting a sofa into my apartment is no easy feat, but they tackled the challenge without a single complaint. Professional, hardworking and a credit to a professional company.
Highly recommend!

I went to the chapel on numerous occasions before deciding on my sofa - there are so many beautiful sofas and fabrics to choose from! Oliver, Dev and Christos were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient over the course of my visits. My Eliza 2 seater in storm blue rich velvet arrived this week, within the expected timeframe, and I couldn’t love it more! It’s excellent quality, so comfortable and perfect for my space. Sophie was incredibly responsive in the lead up to delivery, and Craig and Mike were really prompt in communication on the day. They called ahead, arrived on time and were friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Love Your Home!

We visited the chapel showroom and were immediately looked after incredibly well by the team working there. Colour pairing and fabric recommendations were amazing!
The process was extremely smooth the entire way through, with follow-ups from Kate, Laura, and Alice.
Craig and Mike delivering were super efficient, friendly, and professional. They take extreme care with their deliveries and make you feel as ease from the moment they arrive.
