The best UK provider
The best UK provider there is. They are quick, efficient, their service is second to none. They support your individual needs. The app is amazing, the recipes and work out really support your journey & the 12 week courses you can do are so informative. Great team, great support, great prices! What more could you want.

So I have been with Lotus for several months now and they have always been brilliant, I would have given 5 stars - always there to help, website easy to navigage, next day delivery and the loyalty scheme was fantastic! However, since the launch of the new website, it has changed, I'm really sorry to say, as I hate to complain. The new website is difficult to navigate, and after having to go to their AI Assistant for help (which is disappointing in itself, AI is horrific for the planet and you are taking away human jobs!) as I went to order my usual, I found that it was more expensive than normal... I thought it was odd as I knew I had loyalty points - turns out, this has now been taken away unless you subscribe monthly! For a loyal customer, I find this totally unfair. I have Insulin resistant PCOS so I rely on your medication for a normal life, and you know how expensive your medication is to buy, and some people cannot commit to subscribing to a direct debit. I have to seek help from my dad to buy your product to keep my pcos under control, I can't commit to a direct debit date, but I still order from you monthly.. and now, because I can't subscribe, I do not get loyalty points? I am genuinely disappointed 😥 please consider before using Lotus - I would have given them 5 stars before as they had been the best in the market!

When we introduced our new website and changes to the loyalty programme, our intention was to improve the service we provide, but after listening carefully to feedback from you and other loyal patients, we recognised that some of those changes moved us away from what people loved most about Lotus.
I’m really pleased we had the chance to talk this through, and I’m glad that after explaining the changes we have made, you felt happier knowing that we listened and have reverted back to our old Lotus ways — putting patients first, keeping things simple, and continuing to reward the people who choose and trust us.

While I don't mind waiting for my order to be processed, I do mind being asked for information and after promptly providing it, being ignored and receiving absolutely no communication or having my emails answered. I will not be using this company again. Nor will I ever recommend them.

Well ordered around 18/08/25, then recently got an email saying they can fulfill the order but they can send a reduced dose and they will amend the order. Well orders is still not been amended and but i have received a refund of £30 although my order was for £360. Emails are ignored so i am going to do a charge back via my credit card. Dont buy from these unless using a credit card and if they dont send the order do a charge back. Best advice is don't order from these cowboys. Beginning to wonder if they have gone bust so starting charge back tomorrow.

Highly recommend Lotus for good prices and fast delivery
I’m on my second order with Lotus and am really pleased with the service. The prices are good and they send out next day, well packaged and the ice packs aren’t even melted.
They’ve even managed to deliver this week while supplies are short and order volumes are up due to the impending price increase. A couple of days delay but it was well communicated by email.
