Ordered prescription medication worth £200 and Royal Mail marked it as delivered, but I never received it.

The delivery photo was not my property, the signature was not mine, and I was at home when the parcel was supposedly delivered. Despite explaining this multiple times, I have been left chasing for answers while Lotus keeps referring to an ongoing investigation.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Royal Mail directs me back to the seller, yet Lotus refuses to refund me until Royal Mail finishes investigating. In the meantime, I have been left £200 out of pocket and had to spend another £250 elsewhere to replace my medication.

As a customer, I should not have to fight this hard when I have clearly not received my order. Very disappointed with how this has been handled and the lack of urgency shown towards a missing medication delivery.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed an order for my first Mounjaro prescription 11 days ago and still have not received it. Royal Mail marked the parcel as delivered, yet the delivery photo was not my property, the GPS coordinates did not match my address, and the signature was not mine.

The company has acknowledged that the GPS location does not correspond with my property, that the signature is not mine, and that the circumstances appear to point towards a misdelivery. Despite this, I am still without my medication and no resolution has been provided.

What is most frustrating is the lack of meaningful updates. I have repeatedly had to chase for information, yet I am simply being told that the matter has been escalated. There has been no clear timeframe for resolution and no reassurance for a customer who has paid for prescription medication and has been unable to start treatment.

For a healthcare provider supplying prescription medication, I expected far better communication and customer care. Instead, I have been left waiting nearly two weeks without the medication I paid for and with no indication of when the issue will be resolved.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company.

I have been using them for nearly a year and happy to continue. If there has been a problem customer services have always quick to respond and rectify the problem.

Very poor after service delivered 60hours out of cold chain and answer was yes thats ok, well its not ok why have a cold chain

Great pharmacy. Very quick to answer questions. Have great loyalty scheme. I've found them to be the least expensive of all the weight loss jabs. Helpful staff . Free quick delivery. Order dispatched often on the same day that you order.

took payment £191 for wieght loss injection. never received confirmation of this. then was told they can't find order. and now they're ignoring my emails. have disputed payment with credit card company shouldn't have to do all of this. bandits

I’ve used a few providers for my weight loss medication but found lotus 8 months ago and won’t go anywhere else now. None of the other providers had any support they just sent a pen and didn’t want to know if you had questions. These guys are different and all about community and support. Anytime I’ve contacted them they have come back quickly with advice and support. And they have an app with loads of information and chat boards to speak to other people on the same journey. Highly recommend.
