Great customer service
I bought my XL grill from Amazon just over 2 years ago. The ignition button snapped off. Lotusgrill were very helpful replacing the parts.

merci pour votre note . c'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons pu vous dépanner en vous fournissant la pièce détaché malgré que vous n 'ayez pas acheté votre LotusGrill chez nous mais sur une market place dont le sav n'à pas l 'air bien efficace ... sachez que nous ne vendons pas sur ces plateformes , ce sont des vendeurs la plupart basés dans d'autre pays qui mettent en vente différents produits et lorsuqe vous avez un soucis de service aprés vente cela devient compliqué . Donc mieux vaut acheter directement vos produits dans les magasins de marque .

The product has arrived and the quality is excellent. I bought the lotus grill xl around ten years ago and the availability of the spare parts was excellent news.
