Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent purchase of an air conditioner from your store.

I bought the AC just yesterday, and at the time of purchase, I was clearly informed by the store staff that the product being shown to me was the latest model available. Based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase in good faith.

However, upon delivery, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the model sent to me is an older 2025 model, which is not what was represented to me in the store. At no point during the purchase was I informed that I would be receiving an older model, nor was there any discussion about a difference in pricing between old and new models.

This situation gives me the impression that I have been misled. I do not appreciate the level of service provided, and it is very concerning that such an important detail was not disclosed transparently. It appears as though I have been sold an older product under the pretense of it being the latest model.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide an appropriate resolution. I would expect either:
• Replacement with the latest model as originally promised, or
• A fair price adjustment along with a clear explanation.

Please treat this matter with priority and respond at the earliest.

I bought 2 product from Lotus stores at S.L Marg, JLN Marg Jaipur on 29March 2026. ( Sunday ), after full payment of Rs. 22250/= ref. invoice no JSL021NV/250213
Committed home delivery same day on Sunday , still struggling for delivery both product not delivered even till Tuesday 31 Mar. 2026 evening . More than 4 to 5 call made to customer support , no one is responding , person sitting at customer help desk is very rude and do not have any curtsy how to behave with customer.

Please be cautious, Stores service getting verse day by day may be get closed soon .

The worst customer experience I have ever had and without a doubt, the most awful staff member I’ve ever encountered. While I was in the middle of discussing the purchase of a TV, the salesman attending to me suddenly got a phone call. Instead of excusing himself professionally or wrapping it up quickly, this “big man” simply started talking to someone on the phone — leaving me standing there, waiting like I didn’t matter at all.

I genuinely believe this has everything to do with the commission these guys get paid. When I confronted him about this unacceptable behavior, that “beloved” guy casually said, “Oh sir, customer hai phone pe.” And I was like — then who the hell am I? A beggar?

To make things worse, when I confronted him further, he raised his voice at me and started arguing — which was nothing short of shocking. This was supposed to be a simple shopping experience, not a shouting match. The way that guy spoke to me was horrendous, demeaning, and absolutely derogatory.

It’s honestly unbelievable. Wow, Lotus, big shop, yeah? Can’t afford to hire good people? I sincerely hope someone with real authority reads this review, because if this is the standard you set, it’s shameful. You didn’t just lose a customer today; I’ll make sure no one from my entire family ever steps into your store again.

I also couldn’t help but think if that salesman is better at selling over the phone, then why was he even on the shop floor? Using the phone is one thing, but making another deal while I’m standing right in front of him is absolutely unacceptable.

Lotus, you need some serious renovation, not of your store, but of your standards. You are not as big as your shop looks.

Do not purchase any item from lotus store anywhere. After the sale they do not care what problem you have the item bought. We bought whirlpool washing machine . Won our first wash machine did not work . It was out of balance , shaking very badly. We could not finish washing clothes. It’s been three weeks
They have not address the problem.
We can drain the water from the machine .its been three weeks . No support. Lotus people reel us we called whirlpool but they do not want fix the machine or replace . We have call an out side technician to see why the machine not working . Please buy your appliance and other product else where . This lotus company is bad news. I will go to commissioned office soon to see if they will help in this matter and I will call the news paper , I have the video of the machine .

I had a very disappointing experience with Lotus Electronics, Arera Colony, Bhopal.

On 16/08/2025, I purchased an LG Microwave Oven (Model MJEN326SBW) along with an additional warranty. At the time of purchase, they provided a demo piece, which was later replaced on 18/08/2025. Unfortunately, the replacement unit did not work at all.

The LG technician confirmed the product was faulty and advised replacement, but the Lotus team has been completely unresponsive. My repeated calls went unanswered, and when I visited the branch, they simply said LG had not sent them any communication, so they could not help.

This is unacceptable – as a customer, I purchased the product from Lotus, not directly from LG, and expected proper support. Despite paying extra for warranty, I have been left with a faulty, unused product and zero accountability from Lotus.

It is extremely disappointing to see such poor service from a store that is considered reputed in Bhopal. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from Lotus Electronics, as after-sales service and customer care seem to be completely lacking.

Very bad experiences, do not purchase any item in this story

I bought 3 electric items from Lotus.Washing machine The panel used to hang. If I complained they said it would cost Rs. 2000 while the washing machine was working within the guaranteed time.I took a microwave, it got spoiled without even using it. And the colour of the AC changed. I got tired of complaining to Lotus Electric.

Very bad service i purchased ifb refrigerator n when it unboxed there was a lot of scretch n dant on it . When I asked that guy so he told me that clean it with colin it will remove .. I do that but dant n scretch where same then I complaint in lotus so he told me ki madam lamination nikal do when i asked ki lamination nikalenge to aage or scretch ayenge .. so he told me madam aissa to karna padega hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte ... very very dissatisfied.. I am paying full amount for dant n scretch

this is not Lotus Electronic showroom, it is lootise showroom for innocent customer, when any customer buying products then he gets forcefully any care/ maintenance scheme for 3 years on the name of lotus extra care for which customer to pay Rs3000/- additional and whenever during 3 years warranty customer wants to avail the extra care benefits then there showroom staff lift hand.

Zero-star rating for LOTUS Electronics. I made the mistake of buying more products from them after previous issues. Despite payment, they failed to deliver. Their services are poor; there is no management responsibility. They focus only on selling products and neglect service.

Orient electronic cooler very poor quality and very bad service.. 15 days only purchase and lickage problem and not propaly fitted products...

Sell it forget it..These guys do not support installations, bought Voltas , Running for installations from both voltas and lotus

Poor Quality of product . I have purchased samsung 55inch HD LED TV. The panel is gone in 6 months and since it was in Warranty then the samsung personal came after another 6 months again panel gone then we come to know the samsung company has inserted very low quality panda panel into it.
My TV got display fault for 2 times in only 1.5 month.
Lotus is not at all trustworthy nor Samsung.

As per giving commiutment the are not complete given word and they charge for delivery but delivery is also not give on time very bad services......

Worst service. At the time of purchase they said you call lotus and lotus will take care of all service and installation of the product.i bought ac 4 days back but still not resolved water leakage after ac installation.
Now they said that call company for this.

After buying ac sales person does not rcv call if any querry.

Worst experience with lotus.
