Ordered a Mystery Necklace as a surprise to myself for my birthday. Lotus and Luna pick out the jewelry so you have no idea what it is. I opened the package today and it was a used necklace someone obviously returned on a torn jewelry card. I expected something new, not some worn necklace that someone returned and they were trying to get rid of. Overall poor shopping experience from this company and do not recommend shopping for their "Mystery" jewelry. Dishonest and not trustworthy online store.

I purchased 3 pair of pants from them as a new customer. I normally wear a size small, especially with stretchy waistbands. These were much tighter in the waist and the material is very thin. I paid using Shop Pay. My first payment was $37.30 and I returned with tags attached and in the original bags and was only issued a refund of $17.36. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I got in on the buy one get one free sale, the clothes wrinkle so easy, that they look so disheveled when they’re on. I don’t feel pretty in them at all. I feel disheveled.! the one that I got that was free is so ugly. I can barely wear it. How disappointing!! the models make it look so cute. I don’t feel cute in them at all.

This is an awesome and unique clothing company. I've ordered Harem pants, wide leg pants, kimonos and shorts. Their clothing is soft, well put together and delivery is quick since they are located in The U.S. the ladies that run this company genuinely care about their customers. Never had an issue, never felt the need to return any product. Just gorgeous clothing and mystical jewelry.

I would not recommend you order from this shop!!! I have ordered 2x from them and in both my orders a live of jewelry broke with in a week of purchase. My most recent was a “positivity” bracelet. I reached out and requested that they fix and send me a new one because I had only had the bracelet 4 days! I received a piece from them and it was a completely wrong item. I emailed them back and to date have not gotten a response. 5 emails have been sent! 5!!! And no response, no fixing their mistake an no customer service at all. I do not recommend you shop here. Their customer service is awful.

I should have read reviews before ordering from this company! My first time ordering from them so ordered a M after receiving the item I realized I should have ordered a small! So I returned it and paid the $4 and few cents asking for Size S. They sent me a Size M again and have the nerve to ask for another $4 this is just nonsense!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered one small delicate bracelet and it said marked delivered but no where to be found. I contacted immediately and customer service was quick to respond and Help make things right I was shocked how quickly they Jumped to help. I had another Package missing and that company was NOT as helpful!! So I would definitely recommend the company. & Just received purchase, (new order) and bracelet is very beautiful was so so tiny and delicate but so cute.

I’ve purchased multiple pairs of these pants this year for my daughter and I and we love them! I wash them in a gentle cycle and hang them to dry. They come out so soft. The style of Lotus and Luna harem pants are the best ones I’ve found. I have a thin waist but curvy rear and thighs- I’m also 5’2. The small regular fit my body type perfect. I like them flowy- no other brand can size my waist right and also succeed in flowy for my pear shape. These pants are perfect.

I received my first order today. Everything looks and feels amazing. I love these outfits. This is my new favorite go to for clothes.

These harem pants are incredibly comfortable and well-made. They are perfect to wear year round for comfort, coolness, and ease of motion. I wear them everyday and they are perfect for going out, working out, or lounging around. They also have pockets and I receive a lot of compliments on them. I also love Lotus and Luna's jewelry! Best of all, I get to see my purchase support a woman owned small business and provide fair wages to talented artisans in Thailand. I've had great responses any time that I have reached out to customer service and making a return was quick and easy when one of my items didn't fit. Highly recommend this company!

I bought and found the harem pants very comfy, but they're poor quality. Don't expect them to last compared to other brands. They came apart at the seams and the company said "we're unable to offer a resolution for this issue as it falls outside our policy window."

The quality, style and comfort of my lounge sets are so wonderful that I actually went back and ordered two more. They are soft, stylish, and made well. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I was sent the wrong size, a medium, but, I ordered large. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received the proper size. I also now need to go to the trouble of returning the incorrect item. So, I have been charged for the wrong size, and have to return it, and have nothing to show for it. Terrible customer service.

I was so pleased to find a company that had attractive loose, comfortable clothing. I received purchased items after ordering online, and a jumpsuit had a bad seam. My shopping experience has turned into a nightmare in spite of the fact that their website promises to replace or refund defective items, they are stone-walling and not following through. They are not processing the return. I sent pictures of the defective item, I think they are hoping I will just give up and just go away. Disappointed by what I had hoped was going to be a “go to” online store for yoga clothing :(
Update: Was finally able to get a refund. But the hassle and time sending emails back and forth, and the many emails it took, made this a negative shopping experience. It was not worth it.

They are the most comfortable pants ever made and cute prints. Hold up very well. Having 4 spine reconstructions done i need something that doesn't press against the metal. The pants go with tanks, henlys with cute white tank tops underneath. So darn cute. Even my husband likes them and much better than sweats. Never get hot in them either. Just love them. Company does a great job and it goes to charity.

Really bad quality! My pants ripped the first time I wore them and customer service didn’t offer replacement although it was obiviously a quality issue with the fabric. Very disappointing! I cannot recommend this brand foe anyone!

I placed an order, the romper I ordered was far too small even though I chose the size that was recommended through their own sizing chart. I now have to pay an exchange fee to exchange it which I don't think is fair.

Also the cuff on the pants I ordered are too loose but if you want to return items you also have to pay a return fee PER ITEM which is outrageous!

So happy to have found this brand! Great quality petite pants for us short girls. Will order again!

Bought some pants for a yoga retreat. Loved that they are petite friendly.

I surprised my fiancée with their Sausalito printed pants and silly me ordered the wrong size, however their customer service team were very prompt in their responses and assisted me on getting the correct size quickly.
