Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY
My fiancé bought the Gemini Hybrid from a local vape shop, after 2 weeks the vape started saying “low battery” when we would go to hit it, when in fact the battery was full. He went back to the vape shop & exchanged it for a new one. I ordered the same vape, in a different color, from a different website because it was cheaper..thinking it was just that specific vape he received was faulty, the next day his new Gemini Hybrid started doing the same thing.
I contacted Lost Vapes, sent them all the information they asked for, then they responded with “ship the vape back we’ll send you a new one in a random color when we receive the other one.”
First of all, I’m not paying for shipping when this is not our fault the vape doesn’t work. Second of all, we quit smoking cigarettes using a vape, none the less, how is it fair that we have send back our vape before being sent another one first ? After I complained about both of these issues I have with that, they told me they would send a shipping label so I didn’t have to pay for shipping & completely ignored the other part. There’s no reason when I receive a new one that I would need to keep a broken vape. I would have been happy with the service if they would have sent me a new vape first and I would have sent back the broken one once I received the new one.
They tried handling it on THEIR terms. Now I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years, I don’t agree with the whole “customer is always right” thing, however, if something happens that’s the company’s fault it should be handled better then how they handled it.
We both have used SMOK products for a few years until now, & never had an issue. I will never buy another product from this company & I suggest you don’t either. Use SMOK.
