Broke after 2 months

Broke after 2 months - the charge port. The supplier is actually one with multiple backups. Said u cant believe ai. So this being said wont recommend this brand anymore to anyone. The other party websites are a certain ethnicity but to be passive and gas light trying to figure out a solution that they distribute. They sum it up to we got our money with a currency exchanging loophole

SAFETY ISSUES ON PODS - Disappointed with Lost Vape's Customer Service

Update on my review.
Maybe took a while but lost vape replaced (for free of course) the product with something better. So note that for any issues will take some days to get back replies.

Thank you very much lost vape. Change from 1 star to 4, just because communication speed needs improvements.

I recently reached out to Lost Vape's support team regarding a serious defect in one of their devices. The device developed a burned area and a noticeable discoloration, making it unsafe to use. I take great care of my electronics, always using the original cable and a high-quality charger, so this issue was clearly not due to user error.

I sent a detailed email explaining the problem, including an offer to provide photos, and kindly requested a replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, Lost Vape never responded. It’s extremely frustrating when a company ignores safety concerns and fails to acknowledge a loyal customer.

If you’re considering buying from Lost Vape, be aware that their customer service is unreliable, and you may not get any support if your device has issues. I expected better quality and accountability, but instead, I was left without answers.

Would not recommend if you care about after-sales support.

P.S. I am willing to update my review if I receive a satisfactory response from Lost Vape. I understand that we are in the New Year’s holiday period, so I will give them a few more days to reply before making a final judgment.

I always liked the look of their kit so…

I always liked the look of their kit so being an oap with no money I saved up and bought two Thelema solo now just over three months has past the warranty just expired and both devices just stopped working on the same day..... So be aware their kit sseems to be very unreliable almost like it has built in self destruct buy something else.... my ten year old evic is still working

A vaper for 5 years

A vaper for 5 years. Bought the lost vape Ursa quest all in one 2 months ago. The mod mode has never worked.

The coils are only lasting 2 days at the most tried 3 different ones.

The shop has been useless 😞. Doesn't even know how to use the thing.

It's been 4 days since I've sent a message to lost vape, no response. Warranty due to run out in a few weeks.

Fantastic service

had an issue with Thelma quest 200w kit lost vape has gone above and beyond to help rectify the issue fantastic service will definitely be ordering again highly recommend there all round service

Bought the new Centaurus quest bf and…

Bought the new Centaurus quest bf and was having a slight issue (nothing major, the mod is amazing). So I contacted them via email and let me tell you, they contacted me back almost immediately and took care of the problem no questions asked. I highly recommend lost vape. Their products are amazing and the customer service is second to none. Thanks again lost vape for taking care of your customers in a time where large companies could care less to even send you a response.

Orion Q-Pro

I have the Orion Q-Pro and as long as the coil is changed every 7-14 days, as recommended, it works great! I did have a vape that stopped hitting and was able to turn in the warranty (3 month coverage) and was worked with to get a new one. This newer one has lasted me 6 months. Although after about 2 months this one, like the last one, started expanding inside because of the battery and the side covers don't touch the walls of the box. Otherwise, it holds a charge well still

Thelema DNA 250c

Very happy with the Thelema DNA 250c. Bought 1 and then after receiving it bought a second one cause I wanted a different battery door and color, When the second one arrived in a sealed box like it should I opened it and the mod was scratch. After paying $180 for this mod I was very upset and feel like an expensive mod like this should be checked before sending it out. Other than that very good quality as always with lost Vape. I own every mod expensive and the quest line as well.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY

My fiancé bought the Gemini Hybrid from a local vape shop, after 2 weeks the vape started saying “low battery” when we would go to hit it, when in fact the battery was full. He went back to the vape shop & exchanged it for a new one. I ordered the same vape, in a different color, from a different website because it was cheaper..thinking it was just that specific vape he received was faulty, the next day his new Gemini Hybrid started doing the same thing.

I contacted Lost Vapes, sent them all the information they asked for, then they responded with “ship the vape back we’ll send you a new one in a random color when we receive the other one.”

First of all, I’m not paying for shipping when this is not our fault the vape doesn’t work. Second of all, we quit smoking cigarettes using a vape, none the less, how is it fair that we have send back our vape before being sent another one first ? After I complained about both of these issues I have with that, they told me they would send a shipping label so I didn’t have to pay for shipping & completely ignored the other part. There’s no reason when I receive a new one that I would need to keep a broken vape. I would have been happy with the service if they would have sent me a new vape first and I would have sent back the broken one once I received the new one.

They tried handling it on THEIR terms. Now I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years, I don’t agree with the whole “customer is always right” thing, however, if something happens that’s the company’s fault it should be handled better then how they handled it.

We both have used SMOK products for a few years until now, & never had an issue. I will never buy another product from this company & I suggest you don’t either. Use SMOK.

Extremely bad support

I've ordered their new centaurus mod. By my mistake, I wrote wrong phone number in order form. I emailed them asap. Answer was - everything is ok, thank you etc. In fact - I still didn't recieved any tracking info via sms. Order was created 2 weeks ago.
Even if I'll recieve package (actually it's very unlikely, because obviously it sent with wrong number, and I even don't know which service they use), I won't order something again.
Maybe their stuff is great, but their staff is just terrible.

I am absolutely gob smacked/disgusted…

I am absolutely gob smacked/disgusted by the quality of the Lost Vape Orion I bought.

Lost Vape are known to make high end products and it is for the reason I invested in the most expensive pod system on the market with the DNA chip.

To my horror it stopped working after 7 months, just dead, doesn't fire, doesn't charge, it is now useless.

Now i dont expect a quality product like this to stop working after such a short period but what astonished me more is that LOST VAPE take no responsibility whatsoever, in fact its the only high end product I have bought that doesn't offer the standard 1 years warranty and now a days most companies selling electrical products offer a 2 year warranty. All of my cheap vape mods still work perfectly so why this expensive top end mod shouldn't is beyond me and why the company refuse to even honour that trading standards laws in the EU require a longer warranty.

I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a LOST VAPE product to think again. You will pay a high price for a high end product but you will receive the most low end customer support and help if you product goes wrong. So sad I have to report this news for such a sought after company within the industry.

Wake Up Lost Vape, you will lose all the good credibility you've built with the attitude you showed, no one is bigger than the customers who buy your products, behave in a fair way and your company will flourish, behave like you do and it wont be long before the word gets out and your products stop selling.
