Great selection and price

I tend to be relatively reluctant to buy things based off what I see on Instagram - but I did a little research and was more than pleasantly surprised by Lost Gen Club. The website is extremely easy to navigate and has great options to consider - no matter what you are looking for, they probably have it. The quality is great for the price and the items looks more expensive than they are. Also, the delivery is quite quick.

Great experience

Great experience! I made a mistake with my order, and the customer service was very helpful and fixed it quickly. The necklaces are of great quality and feel well made. Very happy with my purchase!

Order with caution - not a fair return policy

Order with caution - not a fair return policy

I am based in the US and when I inquired about returning the item, I was instructed to ship it to France. Their return policy state that "Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer".

Guess what, return cost to France is more than the cost of the item. This would be 'acceptable' if it had been clearly communicated before purchase. Poor experience for US-based customers.
