DO NOT TRUST! Website states "Sending parcels usually takes up to 24 hours from the order is received." I placed my order on 6th July, a week later, no dispatch notification as promised, phone number keeps saying 'subscriber is offline' and the chat system does not work, no way to contact.

Edit 13/07/2024: Ok, so they did arrive, however, the website states:
"Unknown, parcels are sealed and not opened. Our service does not open parcels, does not repackage or check the contents. Parcels are sent to customers "as is" in their original packaging."
Which is a complete and utter lie, nothing was in any kind of envelope/packaging, so therefor nothing needed opening, the was just a bunch of cheap stuff at the bottom of the box, a finger puppet, slap braclet, usb charger, usb light.

Absolutely abismal.

Complete Scam. Paid £39 and got an absolute JOKE of an Order. They sent me a 20 watt lightbulb… so I paid £39 to receive something worth 20p. Needless to say I’d never order again. Ridiculous. Absolutely insane that they’re allowed to do this. Ordered 29 Jan, can’t remember when I received it but took absolutely ages to arrive. I had no idea what it even was when it came, it has no markings on it to indicate it was from this company. Pathetic.

Very disappointed. I paid 59£ for two Encyclopedia books. Please don't buy from they. The items what they send are useless.

please don't waste your money thinking you will get something decent because you wont. its not lost parcels and it doesn't come from the uk. total scam

I paid 49.99 for 3lb worth of parcels,it took 3weeks to arrive, and this is a scam company because they went to the cheapest store and purchased a dog bowl left it in the store brought paper bag and wrapped it very badly, I have uploaded the video to my scambaiting YouTube channel and I will have this company shut down

Words of truth. A fool and her money are soon parted. Paid for the largest box and received three bottles of Polish grill cleaner. Nothing indicated that the parcel was either unclaimed or a return. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Wish I checked here before committing to purchase. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, PEOPLE!

Scam!!! I paid for one of these boxs and it never arrived 6 month ago and still nothing thought to wait a while just encase its from over seas but never received it. Shame really as I thought it was legit. Scammers always scamming 😡 Vile lot of em.

I went to pay for a £49.99 3lb box and the payment didn't go through at the very last moment. So phone my bank, and they killed my card and thank god no money was taken out of my account . I looked at their terms and services and instead of tracking number they wrote trucking number, if i hadn't seen that they could have empted my account.

Don’t buy from them , I am still waiting for my purchase , they took £139 of my money and nearly a month later I’ve received nothing , and they are not answering my emails either !
