Excellent shopping experience
I bought a tie as a Christmas gift. I emailed Customer Service to find out if it would arrive before the 24th, and the service was excellent. In particular, I was assisted by a Customer Experience and Sales Manager who was truly helpful and thorough. Once the order was ready, the package arrived at its destination within a few days.
I can only thank the team for understanding my needs and completing the order on time.
