Exceptional service. Highly recommend their services, we recommend using Paul Jones who set up our 15 day trip to Bath, London, Edinburgh, Inverness and the Scottish Highlands. Simply marvelous. Accommodations, transportation and activities were all outstanding.

Had a great time going around Scotland. We had an awesome driver with us for six days during our trip. Saw loads of sites and the driver also took us on a number of hikes. Very knowledgeable on what to see. The accommodations were beautiful and when we told them that we liked a nice meal at the end of the day, they delivered with 3-4 course meals where we stayed. Great experience!

Lore Luxury Travel, and specifically Paul Jones, planned an amazing and unforgettable trip for my husband and I to England. His team provided us with a detailed itinerary that let us know exactly where we had to be, how to get there, etc. And they were available during the trip to answer any questions and help with any issues that came up. 10 out of 10 recommend working with them!

The experience was well-organized, allowing us to take advantage of the attractions that were most important to us. It was important to us to have enough personal time to explore on our own, in addition to the pre-arranged events.

After 15-years of vacationing on small, live-aboard scuba-diving ships around the world, we wanted our first land-based tour to be extraordinary. We sought a plan to include all drivers, transfers and hotels, and an itinerary to include private walking and car tours of culturally significant sites and museums. Our goal was to cover in our first trip to Scotland, both the Scottish lowland and highlands, significant city centers, as well as the legendary palaces, lochs, castles and museums. Moreover, my husband requested we focus on the Pict time period, especially the carved stones, swords and other fighting devices used throughout the last 3,000 years of Scotland’s “recent” past.

Lore Luxury Travel was one of three firms we solicited for a proposal on a luxury vacation in Scotland. Only Lore hit these targets out of the box with a much better agenda than the competition and very competitive pricing. Moreover, the Lore tour included their recommendation for a 2-hour sword-fighting lesson followed the next day by a visit to a private sword fabricating forge!!

We just returned home 4-days ago from our remarkable 13-day trip. The highlights of our trip are too exhaustive to even list. Three fantasy-fulfilling high points comprised 3-nights in a luxury castle bed & breakfast on the west coast, visits to Inner Hebrides islands including Iona where I purchased two sterling Celtic Penannular brooches, and topped off with the commissioning of two swords from the forge - a Claymore and a basket hilt - to be custom made using ancient techniques that will result in a pair of 1-off customized designs including scabbard carvings and decorated multi-layer battle-ready blades.

Overall, the tour used amazing guides, including 2 who wore kilts and full-Scottish dress throughout their tours, a plethora of castles, and enough alone-time to explore the local area and relax while eating the best meat and seafood imaginable, culminating end-to-end in the best vacation of our lives!!

Based on our experience, I cannot entreat you strongly enough to at least get an offer of services from Lore Luxury Travel. We submit you will not be disappointed in either the offer or the fulfillment.

Jason helped us plan a trip to Ireland and England. He listened to us; he selected great hotels and planned a mixture of private and small group activities.

We were a group of 8 people and had a fair amount of different activities but Paul and Jason and Lore were amazing how they listening to our diverse needs and created a completely unique itinerary to include everyone’s needs. We visited so many places on our trip such as London, Bath, York, Edinburgh, the Highlands of Inverness, Glencoe and Isle of Skye, Belfast, Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Kerry, Cork and finally Dublin in an action packed 14 days!
The highlights of our trip were trekking in Glencoe Scotland and Mayo Ireland at Mweelrea. We were blessed that while it was cold in February the sun was shining, the landscapes were so beautiful, and great guides and local pubs too! We can’t wait to get back!

I want to say a big thank you to our guide/drivers for our wonderful experience traveling through the highlands of Scotland. We were efficiently met at Edinburgh airport and transported by our driver to Bonham Hotel. He made sure we had his WhatsApp number in case we needed anything during our travels.
After seeing the sights of Edinburgh, we set off with our driver/guide -Simon- on a venture that included Oban, Lock Ness and Inverness before returning to Edinburgh.
The trip was well paced with ample time at each location. The driver was competent and professional and the vehicle comfortable and clean.
We didn'the have the stress of driving in a foreign country on the wrong side of the road and a driver with lots of local knowledge.

Had a great vacation to Scotland with Lore. Ten days across Edinburgh, Stirling, Loch Lomond, Isle of Skye and the highlands to Inverness. Great attention to detail with the vehicles, route and above all the very best insightful and friendly guides. Would use them again for sure. Maybe a trip to England next year.

England, Scotland and Wales
Thanks to Paul and Jason at Lore making a great adventure for our family across England, Wales and Scotland. We really enjoyed the day tours along the way which were all of a high quality and really unique. Not the usual tourist trap activities. We had a private driver for a lot of the trip too and he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We would just have loved more days to explore these great destinations.

Myself and my wife did a trip to England and Scotland with Lore. It was all 100% from the planning to delivery. Paul was great to get in touch with and always there to answer our questions and include some special requests for us allong the way, on our anniversary trip. We did some group tours too and they were great fun with really nice people and insightful and friendly guides. Hotels were all excellent! We want to visit Ireland next year and for sure it will be with Lore again.

I had a great experience working with Paul on planning a two week luxury trip across Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. The company were very responsive and helped to create the perfect itinerary route. When it came time to do the trip we found the chauffer guide and driver Tom to be very knowledgeable and fun across all of our journeys. We can't wait to plan our next adventure with Lore. Excellent!

Had a great time on a vacation to Northern Ireland and Scoland. The attention to detail and responsiveness was great with Jason. All of our hotels were amazing including many castle stays along the route. Lore was a great company to find to help me plan the ideal itinerary for my custom adventure; with private guides and the joy of our own chauffer to visit exactly what we wanted to see along the way. 10/10
