I have received reimbursement for both the bike and the shipping.
The experience unfortunately still was not great, and especially I didn't like that they decided to make me wait for the bike to return to them before releasing the money, even if I never received the bike at all.
The problem was between them and the shipping company, and I shouldn't have been kept on hold for payment.
This is just not fair.

I lost €1,000!
I was lured by the discount on the bike, which instead turned out to be a tactic to steal my money.
I purchased a Cannondale Topstone from the site on August 29, 2024 but they never delivered the bike!!
I had also paid for priority delivery, within 24 hours. So the delivery should have arrived by Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
On the phone they continue to give excuses and blame the shipper.
They say that first they got the barcode label wrong, then that the shipper has it in delivery.
They always have an excuse, they also say they refunded me for the shipping, but in the end the bike never arrived and the money was not refunded!
You are thieves - and you will regret it.

I'm really impressed with the service…
I'm really impressed with the service and fast delivery of this Italian company! Order something from France (order n: 24.381.528.897), normal delivery free of charge and the package arrived much quicker than announced! The only one downside, not a problem, is that the package was loose inside the box, could have something inside to prevent it from taping the box inside. Anyway, very good experience and will definitely recommend this company.

A lot of items on their website is “on order” and Lordgun does not offer any returning option, which doesn’t make sense.
Their client service is rude and is not going to look for a solution for you.

I ordered an article with a misleading description.
Hiplok DXC has a misleading description on the website page. in fact the description says that it's a sold secure diamond. but on the product it's a sold secure gold!
Now I can't even return the product because it turns out you need to pay for it and I lost the product packaging!
