Lacking in customer service and inconsistent order processing

I love this company's candles but I am only giving this company three stars due to the lack of customer service. They only have an email form for you to fill out and the response is very slow. Additionally, the order processing is inconsistent. My first two orders were processed promptly but my third one is still unfulfilled and it has been a week. I placed the third order a few hours after the first two, so I expected it to be processed the same time as the first two. I tried sending them a message 2 days ago but I still haven't received a response. Customer service is lacking a bit.
