At the time of the job, I contacted you for confirmation of the delivery location, as the building name differed from the one provided. I advised that I was at the correct address; however, you insisted it was not the correct building and instructed me not to deliver there. This contributed to the delay.

Regarding the paperwork, I followed the instructions given and uploaded the signed POD documents twice to ensure they were received. I also confirmed over the phone that all required pages needed to be signed, which was acknowledged at the time.

I always aim to complete deliveries professionally and in line with the information provided. In this instance, I acted based on the guidance given during our calls.

We were let down by our usual courier and Lorax were able to fill in at short notice. Very happy with the level or service and professionalism.

I used Lorax to move a load of my stuff to storage, and then again from storage. Couldn't fault them. Helpful and certainly willing to go the extra mile. I would use again.
