I am not having a good day with internet ordering!!! I have just been scammed twice in a day by China! The first item never materialised but the second one was meant to be a Clinique bundle and is just unbranded counterfeit goods! Avoid at all costs - these are going straight in the bin! This is definitely not a London based company!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have not received my purchases and the email address and website have both been withdrawn. It is now atleast 3 months since I made my purchases. I have tried to contact them numerous times and now there is no way of connecting with them. Do Not buy anything from this apparently fake company

Recieved a tiny waistcoat that would barely fit a child. Sizing is way off. They asked for photos at one point back in early Feb 2025 and no response to emails since. Now Over 6 months since ordering and It now seems the company does not exist.

Sizing is way off, ordered a pair of size 9 shoes they was more like a 6, tried to get refund but they won’t refund, I wasted £22 sending back to china, they said they never received shoes but I have tracking and proof of delivery

Sizing issue, customer services wanted me to pay for postage back to China!! Their sizing is way off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The item arrived late and it's larger. They don't send return label, we have to pay postage for returns, the item bought 14th December 2024. Item posted to them, it's on held at costume since 23rd February, they don't reply back emails, still no refund.

Big scam - avoid!

I ordered a L sized sweater and got a tiny like S size. The product pattern is good but quality is poor. It's unbranded product shipped from China so "Lorain-London is very misleading.

I contacted them to send it back and get a refund and they want me to pay for the shipment back to China (from UK).

Still haven't figure out how to get my refund.

Ordered two evening cardigans, waited weeks for delivery and was so disappointed when they arrived.
They looked like someone had sat and hand knit them, were shapeless and enormous (ordered a small and an XL as a gift for a friend). They should have been shaded from top (silver) to middle (pale blue) to bottom (darker blue). Bore absolutely no resemblance to the one used to market on facebook. Rubbish quality.

I ordered a Medium Waistcoat, and recieved a tiny waistcoat that would barely fit a child. I wish I'd come on Trustpilot before ordering. Scam - and definitely not a London shop. Sigh.

What an absolute disgrace. The waistcoats arrived poorly packaged, and despite ordering XXL so I could wear thick shirts underneath, the waistcoats were far too small - barely a Medium fit. The finish was exceptionally poor though if they had fitted, they would have been quite sufficient for manual labour tasks. What a disappointment

Just taken delivery of two waistcoats - size large . Meant to be 44" chest . WAY TOO SMALL !! Measured 36" with tape measure . I've totally wasted my time and money . Avoid !!!

Beware this is similar to other websites flogging fake copies and then making you pay to ship it back to China
