Ordered two tubs, one of them was compromised

Ordered two tubs, one of them arrived without a plastic ring and a hole in the seal. Contacted their sales department, they claim it's a 'pinprick' to release air? Yeah, nah. That's completely unacceptable. There's a reason the seal says "SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION". I've never seen this before and everyone in my direct surroundings agrees this is extremely sus and advised me not to consume.

Shame, too. The sample was pretty damn good, as was the other tub I ordered with that. I'm not buying from LOOT again, unfortunately.
