The support is useless. They don't respond to your messages and ignore them. I got many rewards that i cannot reedem because they are already used. Waste of money and time.

On one hand, the site is working alright, I got code for game Arboria, redeemed it on steam, everything worked and the game is now in my steam inventory. So far so good. On the other hand, I got a LootCard "with" code for game Seed Hunter. When I scratch the box which should include my game key, instead of the code there is text: "Your personal reward" and I get an Error "Could not find a reward of the requested type!". Obviously, I sent them an email stating my problem. As an answer I got an automated message saying that they recieved my request with the ticket number and that they will come back to me as soon as possible. "You will usually get a reply within 72 hours. However, there may be longer waiting times on weekends or during promotions". Well, I got that email on 9.10.2023. To this day (01.05.2024) I have not recieved any response. They either don't care about your problem, or they have so many requests they can't keep up with answering the emails (given Im still waiting for response to my email sent almost 7 months ago, you can tell they have pretty big amount of them). So yeah, basically you just have to hope you get the code and it works.

I buy "Premium package? for 1.69 euru and obtain expired xode for game and support do nothing about it.

Than I buy more package, and get codes, which already are used in other steam account.

Today i don´t have money back or new code.

So it is scam?

Please avoid "Premium package", where you get codes for games that nobody knows + you get duplicite, cuz anybody is already owning game.

I want my 3 x 1.69 euro back, please.

They wrote you e-mail, where tell you, wait time is 24h.

Today is over a week.

So i was scamed, but you cannot be.

I bought 10 Battle Royale premium lootpacks bc they promised guaranteed Vbucks. I didn’t get the bonus lootpack with the vbucks so I decided to contact support. I wrote them 3 times a week ago and to this day have only gotten automated messages. My ticketnumber is 431844 if you want proof.

I bought a Shonen jump pack and i never received the pack. It took my money but didn't give me my pack.

i bought 1 steam pack for 1.69eur and i got a 20 eur game + 10 eur worth of dlcs

I bought a few packs for csgo gained nothing from csgo not even a sticker or spray only gained random stuff + a game from 2008. Don't waste your time on the surveys either they will always redirect you to another survey site. And the surveys from this site itself will always turn you down and tell you that you're not the right candidate. I wasted my time that you wouldn't.

bought 6 valorant packs and got nothing to do with valorant. I got a few ftp game items and other rubbish games 0/10 like they say if its too good to be true it probably is . SAFE TO SAY IL NOT BE BACK ON IT.

I had a problem with my reward, a $10 Steam Gift Card. LB Support replied quickly. They were patient, understanding, and helpful. They didn't ask stupid questions, like you get asked in many of the support interactions. The overall experience was excellent.

A decent app for some free steam games! Great support is needed one time.

Im using LootBoy since it comed out to get free vouchers to darkorbit fromm coins lootbags at beggining it was nice but late on earning got alot harder Premium loottpacks are worth nothing im using it really long time i dont know how much money i did spend on it but won only 2 times 5 euro google card Save ya money and spend it on something Else here you will get "Premium" games that you wont even play cause they are trash dont thing about special items cause they are really rare you can winn something yes but you spend alot more than you get
