Edit: I got my items back after a few days. It's hard to trust a company with hundreds of dollars worth of skins when support takes days to respond with little to no help. I had no problem renting skins, but I won't trust them with my personal skins any more.

I wanted to give 5 stars but the overpriced skins stealing one :D GG.

I love how I can rent my skins but the Website is absolute trash with a mobile phone and is extremely laggy. A more smooth operation would help this website much better.

I had a fantastic experience. It's surprising that some people are unaware that renting CS:GO skins is an option. It's an excellent choice for those who want to experiment with new skins or expand their collection.

Lootbear knows exactly what they are providing with their service and that's why they are one of a kind with this business model. Some UI issues that could be polished, but overall, a great experience with great KYC.

I had really a lot of problem with this site. I did their 1 week free trial, I already took 1 whole week to verify my identity because their system is really bad. Then once tried, I wanted to cancel the free trial so as not to be a manufacturer, which was not possible because it was necessary to return the skins which were ban traded, so everything is done to make you pay following your free trial. I had to fight to be refund, and I was not even been refund fully. Now let's talk about their rent system. Once you deposit skins and they are rented, you earn $0.08 per day for an $80 skin, that's 1000 days to pay for it (3 years), that's not rentable at all. When you realize you will want to remove your skins, but you can't because there will be an error (code: 330). I've been talking with the after-sales service for a week now, my skin is still in their bot's inventory, and they don't want to give it back to me, they answer once a day, and answers that won't get you anywhere. I advise you not to try the experience, you will be disappointed.

Edit : They try to remove comments with low ratings by reporting them to increase their overall rating. In addition to being a service more than zero, they are ultra dishonest.

The support is so slow and bad they will make you want to smash the keyboard.

They speak poor english, and mostly seem like uninteligent people. It made me just go away after first month from them. I dont want anything to do with those people.

You ask them 5 questions with full sentences. They just write down a basic answer on the last question in 5 words, no explanation, and no answers for 5 questions. We give them full id, address, bank acc, statements etc. And they keep telling “we have problem with kyc address proof” they got bank statement, utility bill and proof of residence but nothing is enough for them.

This kind of support is just awful. The concept of renting skins is great, but not with a support like this.

I am happy to provide any proof of the chats with lootbear support just to prove my point.

25 a month for a college student over the summer is pretty gas

Good site, bit overpriced for gloves, but other than that it is a decent deal.

Lootbear is amazing. Although the 400$ limit is kinda restraining, the system is super cool. It's a little bit scary when you do a trade for the first time, but it goes all according to plan, and you don't get any problems at all. Thanks for creating this amazing platform. And I will keep subscribing until I have the Lootbear ULTRA rank.
