I ordered Loop Earplugs which NEVER…
I ordered Loop Earplugs which NEVER arrived! They sent me an email confirming that my order arrived to an unknown PO Box which is NOT my address, and after sending them several emails, which were ALL REPLIED TO BY THEIR CHAT BOT, and last email completely ignored! I’m now left without my paid for order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!
UPDATE: 20/6/24
They offered to resend the ear plugs. And those too never arrived with delivery assumed to some “unknown” PO box, clearly not my address!! Both times I alerted them that they keep sending the earplugs elsewhere, perhaps intentionally? Anyway after several back & forth e-mails (also addeessed to the wrong name🙄), most of the time from their chat bot, they refunded me. Either they are scammers or they have a terrible delivery service provider that’s scamming them🤷🏻♀️
