This platform is great for checking your energy data usage with simple graphs. It also offers lots of help with tips to reduce energy consumption and helps to check your actual usage of specific aspects of usage and compares with the average. Also the set up process was dead easy and customer services are helpful and responsive. Thumbs up.

Loop is a great alternative or replacement of smart meter in home display units.

A brilliant app for monitoring energy usage.

I downloaded the Loop app as my IHD unit is faulty and my energy company has not yet resolved the problem. It is great to be back in control of my energy usage via the Loop app.

I will definitely recommend the Loop app to friends and family.

Fantastic app which allows you to see hour by hour electricity and gas consumption even when you have a dual EV tariff. Also highlights how much is spent a year with devices left on standby, such as TV and phone chargers, ours is nearly £300/year but a big part to the fridge freezer I think. Further investigation need, which we would not have done without installing Loop. A big thank you😀👍

Very useful app to monitoe energy use and identify possible energy savings

Liked the idea to monitor my energy usage since my IHD stopped working with my 2nd generation smart meter after changing supplier (even though it still sends data & readings normally) .
I found it easy to log in but don't like the idea of giving my card details to a company I know little about to confirm my address as the only option ( IHD dont work).There must be alternative methods??
Hence I decided against completing installation and removed my account. I May consider trying again if they have alternative methods of confirming address details.

Despite me telling them I am unable to unsub scribe . they have now stopped responding to my email . I just want to unsub scribe and they wont even respond now .

Excellent app, I don’t have a monitor in my home though I have a smart meter, I can see how much energy I’m using on loop app, it’s very clear & I like the energy saving tips

Only had it 2 weeks. Turned my thermostat down by 1 degree and saved £1 a day. £180 a year savings with a free app. Will be watching it closely to see what I can save on electricity

Excellent aid to cutting energy consumption. I used the app last winter and found it helpful in keeping costs as low as possible. The app is simple to use and provides very useful monitoring information.

Really easy to navigate and really appreciated the communication about set up. They couldn’t get gas data for us initially as it wasn’t connecting to our smart meter, but instead of just leaving me guessing like my actual supplier would! They emailed and explained! It felt like a really personal service. They then managed to get connected 24 hours later which was great 😁

Excellent energy use tracking. Didn't use to be able to track gas smart meter data when I first installed the app, but now it's fine. My smart meter IHD unit stopped working years ago, so the loop app is a good way to keep track of gas and electricity usage.
I like the "phantom load" identification feature, which helped me to find out what the background energy usage was for appliances left on all the time, and cut that down.

I cannot recommend use of this app enough. It has saved us thousands of pounds when our previous energy supplier attempted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money over a year after they claimed it had been used. By having the app on my phone I had comprehensive records and proof to go back and query this with them. In the end, once questioned and they realised I actually had records of our usage over that time period they soon amended all the readings and it turned out they owed us money rather than the reverse. Had I not had the app I wouldn't have even been able to start querying this random year old bill with them and would have had no choice but to take the suppliers word for it and pay the money they claimed we owed.

Great little app - which actually works to give an accurate reading on your gas & electric consumption. Absolutely brilliant - really easy to use & while on holiday checked it out & could not fathom why I was using gas but I found out I had a boiler setting which heated a small water storage unit so when I returned I switched it off.

Though resiated having a smart meter installed and finally caved in, the loop app made it all so much easier and clearer. I was kept updates when all was connected it works really well.

Very good app it's a shame it is not available for a windows p.c.

This program is much better than such as 'Smart things'. My only criticism is that I would like to see the 'energy used' pages first on opening the app rather than having to scroll sideways

Nice little app to look at the usage of your energy which had problems with doing on BG app ...so far all good 👍

Excellent app gave me a clear view of where my electricity was being consumed and enabled me to save money.
