Poor Communication and Missed Delivery Commitment
I ultimately cancelled my order, but the experience was frustrating and below average.
I placed my order on December 26 after the Loomlan website indicated delivery by January 2. My credit card was charged immediately. Over the following days, I checked the Loomlan website daily for shipping status, but no tracking or shipment information was ever posted.
On December 31, when it was clear that my executive leather chair had not shipped and would miss the delivery date shown at purchase, I contacted Loomlan. I called twice and was routed to voicemail stating my call would be returned, but no one ever followed up. I also used Loomlan’s online chat multiple times, where responses were slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to get clear information. Early email responses were vague and did not transparently address the missed delivery commitment.
Loomlan eventually agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund, but only after significant effort on my part. For a purchase at this price point, the lack of proactive communication, delayed responses, and poor follow-through were disappointing.
