You said you would resolve the issue by refunding the money to my account, but it hasn't happened as before. And now you want me to rate your response to resolving the problem.

For me I am not aware of this scheme. Need to explain goal & theam of the company & need to make understand about the whole plan and take approval from the client/Customer.
