Fantastic and comprehensive content and speakers. Learned a ton and could pick and chose speakers as they suited my strategy. I also listened in on some expert strategies I wasn’t familiar with and found the information to be very compelling. Great job Vinki and Lisa - what an amazing conference. Looking forward to the replays.

Lots of great information and speakers! 2 days packed with powerful information.

The agenda was a bit confusing. It would be great to know ahead of time especially the start and end times each day.

The 2 day summit was filled with a diverse group of presenters and topics. I learned alot about other real estate investing asset classes such as winery/grapes, marinas, mobile homes and more. They also did a networking session at the end of both days. The event was well run, stayed within the time's scheduled and interactive. Highly recommend!

The event was packed with powerful presentations and insightful strategies from industry leaders who are truly home run hitters!
I especially enjoyed the sessions on Mineral Rights, CMREI, and RV Resorts & Campgrounds. These topics opened my eyes to new commercial real estate opportunities beyond traditional multifamily.

Amazing conference! Love the idea of learning so so much on different asset classes from the CRE experts.

It was not only highly organized but also a wealth of knowledge. So many great presenters who are not only knowledgeable but also willing to share their wealth of knowledge. Due to time limitations, it did not go deep into any single asset class but it was able to give a high level rounded overview. It equips you to go deeper in to the asset class(es) you want to deeper.

It was time well spent. Special thanks to Kim and Vinki!

His content is remarkable. His experience vast. I loved his pace and his humor.

Kim and Vinki have done an outstanding job bringing together subject matter experts from a diverse group of alternative investments to explain a variety of investment models. It's been a non-stop firehose of knowledge that I've never seen from any other event. If you can't find opportunities to invest here, you aren't an investor. I'm looking forward to speaking with presenters and fellow investors who I've met these two days. When is next year's event?

I'm writing this during the summit. June 5 was super dynamic. Each speaker spotlights a different aspect. Most of the topics I've never given this much thought. Best use of time.
