Shopper ( I hope she is again) I kept all Five items, I don’t normally buy skinny jeans and bright colours but I absolutely loved everything I was sent, the jeans were the best jeans I’ve had in years so soft and comfortable, the t shirt in a pale green was again fabulous quality and flattered my tummy and the blouse was a beautiful floral in a terracotta colour and I love it, I Also got a pale blue linen dress for summer I fell in love with it. I kept all five items all of which were excellent quality and only cost £136 which I think were excellent value especially as the quality is lovely. So excited for my next box!

Brilliant idea, poor execution
I've had two parcels now and I have also been filling my likes dislikes in every day on the website. I added what I wanted and what I didn't. Unfortunately, they seem to have missed this. I have been sent what I specifically stated I didn't want. However, on the plus side, they all seem to be of a nice quality generally. I think after two attempts I don't want to spend any more in the hope they will get it right. It's £10 each time even if you send it all back. I assume this will cover the return delivery costs so not a large amount, but I'm not feeling confident that they will send what I asked for.

3 to 5 weeks for a refund 😲😲
I was away when my box arrived so I missed the 5 day checkout process, on my return I checked the box and didn't like anything, this was a shame as only my second box and the first one I received was good, however even though I have emailed frequently I have been told my account will not be refunded until they have received my items back in Spain this could take 3 to 5 weeks. Rediculouse, the customers service team have responded to every email but it still doesn't help me when Im having to wait so long for a refund. Will never use again and would advise others not to.

Inflexible returns policy
This is a follow up review to one previously posted recently, as the response received to my last review stated that the company would consider alternative returns options in the future. However, the same comment was made in the past and back in May to other customers. Still no other returns options offered to me. How difficult can it be to let me post at the post office locally and claim a refund instead of an hour bus trip to the nearest DPD drop off that is only open office hours so requires ti.e off work? I would urge you to read the poor reviews on here as they are definitely genuine and this tells you a lot about repeated mistakes the company are making. Then you can be informed as to whether it is worth the risk to order or if it might be worth trying another similar company who offer different options for returns and have a more flexible approach for their customers.

Refunds
I received a box of clothes while I was away on holiday so when I returned I tried every thing on and unfortunately nothing was suitable. I was unable to access the checkout on my app so I emailed Lookerio to explain that I would be returning all items through Dpd. The full cost has been taken from my account even though I have returned all items. I have emailed several times and requested a refund but all my emails are ignored. I have confirmation that Lookerio have received my returns but I am still waiting for my account to be refunded the £147.00 cost. I am not happy with this service as they say they will respond to all emails but they don't.

Using Lookiero for 2 years
I have been using Lookiero for about 2 years.
I have remained a customer as my earlier boxes were great. I have a jacket that was really cool & edgy that I wore to a festival in 2019 that everyone commented on, plus a few other unique pieces I love that I haven’t seen anywhere else. A boho dress, sharp neon yellow pleated skirt - v.cool.
But it is very hit and miss now and mostly miss. They always say to write feedback for the stylist but they are not considered at all. Everytime I say be more edgy, more urban, cooler. 90% of the time I receive clothes that my 75 year old mother would wear who is a classic, elegant dresser, but would not wear anything edgy.
Some of the clothes I keep I give away - the problem is, when you do that you cannot provide feedback- so I suspect the algorithm thinks we love everything we keep. Sometimes it’s kept because it’s cheaper to keep all 5 items or give a couple away. The letter the next month is ‘I’m pleased you loved all the items’ which isn’t true.
This is a great service if you are a classic, traditional dresser. If you are missing Laura Ashley it’s that sort of style.
They do assume if you are a 48 year old mum you are not an urban Londoner who likes edgy clothes no matter how many times you tell them.
I think their supplier choice has changed from the beginning as when you do the daily L&L there is very little on there that is edgy now.
I have ordered a box and it’s my last try. I have given it a good run but it’s just not my style and they only seem to accommodate a certain style now. If that’s your style, go for it. If you use shops like All Saints, And other Stories, Anthropologie, Cos, Whistles, as a high street you are unlikely to like Lookiero. If you like classic, traditional clothes that are a bit less statement like (some) M&S, Joules, Laura Ashley, John Lewis own brand etc. then this is a good choice.
P.S. I do shop in those classic shops too but I want something unique and different from Lookiero which they started off providing but no longer do for the style I want.

Bad choices
When I found Lookiero I was very excited as I would finally have help in finding my style but unfortunately the experience hasn't been great. I think Lookiero is great for people who are over 30 and not young people, the type of clothes that my Personal Shopper suggests are simple terrible, if I was to actually dress with those clothes I would be in a worse position than I started.
I even shared photos so that the Personal Shopper could have a better understanding of how I dress, because the suggestions were still bad I decided to leave a message describing my body shape and what my preferences for each category (dresses, shirts, trousers, etc) and after that I receive suggestions that are complete opposite to what I like. It's like the Personal Shopper decided to ignore or purposefully get it wrong. (For example, I message that I prefer high waisted jeans and trousers and now I only get low rise suggestions)
I would like to know if I can get a refund of what I paid initially for the Personal Shopper. Thank you.

2 month delay on order
My daughter and I both ordered a box. The items were good quality but not really our style so we both returned them as instructed. We thought we'd both order another box which we did at the end of April. Not hearing anything I contacted them to be told that the return had been received in DPD's main depot but not in Lookeiro's facilities so they had put a hold on the new order. My daughter was told the same and has cancelled her order and I'm still waiting for mine which is currently expected 7 July. I'm not really happy with the service which is ridiculously slow. You have to use their returns system and they know you've returned items but still make you wait. I am thinking of cancelling it and would definitely not order again

Delays delays and poor customer service
Had a box in May, returned items I wasn't keeping using DPD as per lookerio instructions. Ordered another box and the lead time was 2.5/3 weeks which is rather long IMO. Due date was 4th June. 11th June and no box so contact customer service.
Get a response they have a policy of not sending new boxes until they have the returned items back so have not processed my order even though it was showing as due on 4th and DPD tracking shows ive sent my returns back.
So now going to send my box but it won't be due until 30th June another 19 days and basically tough thats as good as they can do. This will be 6/7 weeks from ordering the box. Knowing English weather by the time I actually get the box (I wanted spring/summer stuff) the weather will have changed and I'll need jumpers again.

Returns had been suspended due to COVID…
Returns had been suspended due to COVID however my order did not have a return label in it. I have emailed and received no response. I'd like to be able to return it ASAP so I don't wake up to a £150 charge on my card for clothes I don't want or need.

Loved the choices made for me
