Had them in for a year, ordered new ones now and the old ones are still soft! Recommend them to everyone 🤍

Honestly so much for respect for Hannah and her business! Have been using the hair for a few years now, very budget friendly. But had done a return to the incorrect address which was there old address by accident, Hannah’s dad thankfully actually called to the old property twice who was able to retrieve the parcel and my return. The worry and stress of this, no other business would ever do something like this for a clients fault.

What can I say the hair care products shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and 11 in 1 spray give my hair life again the first time I used it was like getting a brand new set of hair extensions back these products are a must worth every penny and lasts the whole week feeling shiny silky and healthy I was using sulphate free shampoo and conditioner but that silky feeling was missing I had use different products to get that feel until these products come out now there’s no going back to any product of the shelf

I love how indulgent this aftercare range feels — literally getting salon quality results at home. The amber scent is gorgeous and smells beautifully in my hair throughout the day. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

I’ve been using look eleven hair extensions on my clients for years, the quality is amazing, the new genius weft is my all time fav and everyone absolutely loves it! The band is tiny which means it sits so flat against the head, super comfortable, discreet and natural finish every time. The customer service is fantastic too. The new hair care range is like nothing I’ve ever used before, the results are incredible, it makes your hair feel like brand new again and it smells amazing and the smell stays so strong on the hair for days after! Ive been using look eleven as my main supplier for years now and have watched how the brand has grown over the years. I also wear look eleven myself. I have received the new hair care kit and tested the products the leave in spray is moisturizing making it easier to detangle hair and leaving soft and shiny. Well done hannah and tanya x

I have been using this company for over 14 months, I have been a hair extensions specialist & hairdresser for over 25 years and not only is this hair extensions brand & aftercare range the most perfect quality the customer service is by far the best service I have come across over the many years in this industry. The hair extensions are incredible, the stock turnover is quicker than any company I have come across, the hair aftercare products are the best I have ever used and work like magic even on your natural hair they smell incredible. I’ve had my hair extensions for nearly a year now and they are still in fantastic condition. I’ve just purchased the aftercare range which is unbelievable. My hair feels even nicer and softer now. It smells Devine, everyone mentions when giving them a hug etc oh what shampoo do you use.

I can’t wait to get my hair colour changed next week and get a new set of extensions from the best there is. I’ve tried 3 other brands over the last 7 years and none have ever lasted this long.

Best hair extensions I’ve ever had! Usually I have to change my weaves every 3-4 months with previous brans but since using look eleven that’s completely changed. I’ve had mine about 6 months now and still they’re looking brand new, I get compliments all the time. So happy with them ❤️ definitely recommend!

As a hair extension wearer for 13 years and a hair extensionist there is no other brand of hair that compares in my opinion. Myself and my clients love it. The quality and the price point is unmatched. I’ve personally had 14 months out of a set whereas with other big named hair brands I’d be lucky if I got 6 months.
