Found Looka easy to use to create logo etc. Frank was super helpful and quick to resolve a billing query using the contact email which usually I dread! Very efficient, based on this I wouldn’t hesitate to use again 🌟

Great to create logos but terrible to manage. You cannot select fonts even if you know the font name, instead you have to scroll through thousands of fonts and select by looking at examples. Worst user experience I have experienced. I gave up after 3 hours of looking through fonts as every time you select one and it doesn't match what you are looking for, you have to start from the begging and all fonts are arranged in a different order, wow.

I was having issues with the DNS settings after moving my site to Looka from Jobber. I saw that support was only via chat and expected delays, but they reached out to me within the hour and once we started the communication, they kept responding until the issue was resolved. For the price and flexibility, so far, I am happy to have chosen to use Looka for my logo and business website.

Customer friendly and great value for money

Before checkout, the website clearly states that you are purchasing one logo in all formats, including vector files.
However, on the next step of the checkout, the lowest-priced option results in receiving only a PNG file, without any vector formats.

This is not clearly communicated and can easily lead to an accidental purchase.
Considering the price, receiving only a PNG file is poor value compared to similar services on the market.

Customer support solved my problem with brand kit exports in less than 5 minutes. Way better than I expected. Showed me some hidden settings that helped me generate the look I needed.

Looka has been a great resource to me as I started and built my small business 5 years ago. Their low cost options made it very easy to get a logo and a brand kit for my small business right when I was starting. Their customer service is also amazing. The only reason we switched from them was because we did a rebrand. But I tell everyone when they’re first getting started to look into them. I’ve sent a few people their way and they all have great things to say as well. Highly recommend!
