I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how Loods5 has handled my order. I have two serious complaints and I expect my money back immediately.
I called this morning regarding my order, which has been delayed for over 3 weeks. Emma from customer service assured me she’d call back before 1 PM with an update, as she was leaving by then. No call, no update—just another empty promise from your team.
I’ve had enough. I want to cancel my order and get my money refunded right now. I’ve called multiple times, heard the same scripted promises, and still received absolutely nothing.
This situation is unacceptable. I expect a proper response today and the full amount transferred back to my account without any more excuses.

I must take a moment to share the absolutely wonderful experience we recently had with the Loods5 customer service team. To say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement — we were deeply impressed and genuinely moved by the level of professionalism and care we received.
From the very beginning, Mr. André and Mr. Miguel went above and beyond to assist us. Their dedication, kindness, and effortless professionalism turned what could have been a routine customer service interaction into something truly memorable. Its not possible to choose delivery service.
I ordered several items and it couldn't choose delivery type even with extra payment. I live in the second floor without elevator, so its crucial to me to have a delivery of big items to the second floor. Also there is a long period of time since purchase to delivery date. For example my sofa will come only next week

the delivery time was much longer than promised and we had to self assemble the chairs which was not known prior to the purchase
Terrible experience with Loods 5. Would not recommend anyone to buy from their online shop. Ordered several chairs from the online shop and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. It took 3+ weeks for the first delivery to come! Called customer service several times and the repetitive response I got was "we need to check with the supplier". Very misleading advertising to say delivery in 3-5 days, and the 'supplier' hasn't even sent the order after a week. even. Also, although I directly bought with Loods 5, it felt like I had to deal with their supplier to get my order in. If you need to purchase from Loods 5, it's better to go into the store and pick them up yourself.

Update on my case: Loods5 replied after 3 weeks saying that they couldnt contact the seller (I’m sorry what!) and I need to be responsible and pay for the return if I want to cuz they have no solution there.
So Loods5 literally say that they not responsible for the products that they are selling on their website, that they dont care about the customer, and it’s absolutely the customer fault to trust their company and place an order there.

I recently made a purchase from Loods 5 for over €2200, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. They delivered only part of my order, and since then, they've been completely unresponsive. Neither my emails nor my phone calls have been answered, which is concerning, to say the least. It’s starting to feel a bit like a scam, though I hope that’s not the case.
At this point, it seems like my only option is to spend a few hours of my time going to the store in person to resolve the issue, which is incredibly frustrating. While I value my peace of mind, it’s safe to say that I’m unlikely to shop here again.
The customer is right does not exist in the eyes of this establishment, I had a really unpleasant experience with customer service when ordering a couch - I ordered in the store and then several mistakes followed and hours of my time wasted, I was in no way treated like a paying customer. Wouldn't recommend.
We bought 2 large leather sofas for approx 6,000 euros
Unfortunately, after a year they deteriorated (leather, shapes, etc) although we are only 2 careful people at home

Bad customer service. I bought a set of metal tables and the quality of the top layer was poor. Despite using coasters this started to peel. Customer service blamed my ipad for this (despite it's soft protective cover) and therefore did not offer any service. Ridiculous.
We bought a kitchen, my partner and I were delighted by the kitchen we bought, the seller very carefully planned the kitchen with us, she did her best to include all our wishes and desires. She showed patience and understanding. Problems started when we received the kitchen, the color of some doors was wrong and some piece of furniture could not fit one of the appliance properly even though the appliance had been communicated to the seller during the ordering process. The seller / the organization did not take responsibility for the problems we are facing, they don't even reply to our emails anymore. Because of the poor after sales service we will definitely not recommend this organization. A kitchen is expensive, customer service should be on point. Very disappointed.
I regret not reading the reviews here before ordering from Loods5. I've had the most horrific experience that is still not solved. I ordered a lamp that had promised delivery time of 5-7 working days. After the period I reach out and ask when the delivery will happen as I have not heard anything. It takes several days for the customer care to answer, eventually they do and ship the lamp the following day. So in total it took 3 weeks to receive the lamp - honestly, if this was the actual lead time from the start, I would have not ordered the lamp, as maximum one week delivery time was one of my criteria when ordering the lamp. Then I receive the lamp in a horrible condition, poorly packed: one of the glass pendants was not even covered with plastic for protection. But the worst surprise was the part of the lamp that goes up the ceiling, the ca one meter long metal part was full of scratches, black dirt and surface disgustingly sticky. It is incredible that paying so much money for a lamp you receive something that clearly should not be sold. I have no words. I have contacted customer support 5 days ago to ask how they will solve this, as I would of course like my money to be returned and someone to come pick up this huge unwanted package that sits in my house now since. Still today I have received no help or response.
The customer care service is very poor! We are really disappointed, can't believe they act like this. We paid a lot of money for our sofa, we had to wait for months and eventually, the sofa was delivered damaged.
I'm very disappointed by the client services of loods5. I bought a lamp in January and it is broken in September. I contacted them in early October but until now there is no proper response. Loods5 is asking me to fix it myself. I ask for other solutions as I don't want to, I can't and i shouldn't fix it myself (for guarantee), but they don't reply me anymore. It seems loods5 is trying to make it my problem only. For a product more than 200eur and broken after a few months! Very disappointed.

I experienced poor service in terms of items being delivered on time. The items were delivered two weeks after the 8-12 week waiting period. Also, the service we received while items were being delivered was exceptionally bad. I don’t think they have a functioning customer service department.
