THIS IS A SCAM!
Do not trust them, do not call them, they forced me to pay 2k€ for a job that would have cost 400€ elsewhere.
SCAM!!! FRAUDULENT!

I regret having mistaken this site for loodgieter.nl and being scammed. We were charge a whopping €1500 for a service that should have cost €200-€300. On reaching out to them after the service their phone numbers don’t connect and emails bounce back.

My girlfriend requested a plumber to check under the laminate floor for water since my washing machine was leaking. It was offered to her one timeslot at the same day for the usual 60 euros fees for call-out costs. The service took 15 min and plumber dried underneath the floor however the cost was never stated by the plumber before the service started.

For my surprise when I received the invoice I had a cost for emergency service rate for 489 euros which made the total invoice 1700 euros after I complained it was reduced to 1200 euros (still outrageous), the emergency service rate wasn't - at any moment - informed by Loodgieter. As the service wasn't urgent at all and we could have waited for a best time I don't think it is fair to pay that fee. Therefore, I wrote requesting refund of the 489 euros stated as Starttarief spoeddienst by email and contact section in their website but messages are not being received by Loodgieterheld, also they are not helpful by phone, customer service keeps telling they will call me later but they don't. Don't hire them.

JUST FRAUD! They charged us 960EUR for an unblocked pipe. This would usually not cost more than 200-300EUR at most but they explained that due to the length of the pipes (charged for 12m while in reality, it was 3-4m) the costs were 60EUR per meter. They did not provide us with an invoice and asked us to transfer the money to a private bank account. I am in contact with the Amsterdam police on this case and will get a lawyer for assistance

These people are 100% SCAMMERS. Do NOT go with them. They are preying on people who are vulnerable because of a plumbing emergency, like I was. They don't know what they're doing and are really only doing it for the money they can scam you out of. I subsequently found out that they are also not a registrered company in The Netherlands (with the KvK or Chamber of Commerce).

Scammed for 400 euro per 30 min job by 2 "plumbers"

A woman at home alone, with two strangers. The initial insane bill was over 600 euro, I argued and called the "company" number, but of course there is no company... So the guy says ok we can make a discount, I will talk to my boss. But you have to pay now. In the meantime the other guy goes to the entrance and stays where so I can't escape. At that moment I understood it was a scam, and I got scared. So I paid to make them go away.
Afterwords I thought I should have called the police or at least a friend or a neighbor to come over... but they put you in a hurry and you don't have time to think.

Later I went to the police to make a statement.

Don't repeat my mistake, always check before you call - company name, address, KVK number. If you are threatened at home contact police.
